Absolutely horrendous experience with this company and will never use them again. I had a well pumped go out and they replaced it and then up sold me on several things such as new wiring a new pump saver and a new control box yet they put the wrong pump saver on and made my booster pump burn up because the pump saver wasn't adding water into the storage tank. They also will not warranty items. All I can say is buyer beware.

Had never had a problem with them till monday. in the past they have replaced my in ground well and fixed the floats in my storage tank on 2 occasions had an issue the other day and my wife called She spoke to who i assume is Dennis's ( owner/boss) wife who must not be the brains of the operation she said she would have to make us pay a service call and pay in advance ( or maybe it was additional) since the last time we " bartered" . now let me explain how last time went when Dennis fixed the float in the storage tank. I called on thurs his wife said they would be in contact Fri waited all day no call called and asked Dennis he said he was on a big job and wouldn't make it today sometime tomorrow he said. awaited all day saturday NO SHOW called again Dennis said he was just leaving and on his way. He shows up fixes the problem and i didnt even know he was there i went outside to let the dogs out and he was finishing up he walked to his truck asked about my solar panels and said i owed 250 bucks which i wrote a check for GLADLY that was the extent of the " Bartering" . now i estimate in the last 2 years i have spent 3000 dollars now NOT CAUSE OF DENNIS ( he has always been more than professional) but cause of his idiot wife/secretary/bookkeeper someone else will get the 2000 to 3000 bucks i have to spend to replace the booster on the well that just went out 10 minutes ago. Now if you can avoid the wife and just speak to Dennis you'll be fine but if not GOOD LUCK!!!
