Janet's cleaning service has cleaned for us several weeks now. Our cost has been $110/week for 1600 sq. ft. The results of each week's clean leaves much to be desired. The team members seem kind and personable but cleaning is certainly not their specialty. One week the bottom bathroom was entirely forgotten. Another week half of the brick living room floor was forgotten. This week the kitchen looks to have been overlooked.

Update: We had Janet's crew out again today - holiday season means visiting relatives, which means cleaning time!! Once again, we are incredibly pleased with the results and with the crew that came out. They did a wonderful job, were professional and friendly and generally impressive. Janet hires great people and we'll never use a different cleaning service.

I would recommend this cleaning service to anyone that was looking to have their house cleaned thoroughly and has the money to pay for it.

I was looking for just a basic cleaning (mop, dust, clean counters etc.) and was hoping they could customize a deal for me. I told Janet what i was looking for but was still quoted the full price for a full/'standard cleaning. The cleaning crew did far more than i expected them to (ran my dishwasher and put away dishes, washed the sheets on my bed etc.) but for the price I guess they should have.

I will most likely use this service again. The house looked great and the ladies even left me a nice note. The only drawback would be it's a little expensive.
