Edgar is very responsible at his job when we had him installed the toilet for us. The toilet that we purchased comes with a standard wax ring but he used a better toilet seal so make it fit at no cost to us since he wants to make sure we are satisfied with his job. Overall, Edgar is great and definitely would hire him again.

They cleaned our air ducts and came back and fixed a problem with a damaged air duct. Finally, we have airflow in our kitchen, office, and family room. We will definitely call them again!

My swamp cooler went out and I didn't know who to call or how to go about it. I called a business and they said they didn't work on swamp coolers to call a friend of theirs that did, so I did. That person charged me to go look at it and ""fix"" it and guess what, they repaired parts that didn't need repair. I reached out to them again, they said it was the motor and they would charge me again to repair that. I was super upset with no money left, and didn't know what to do. I decided to give it one more try and I reached out to JANS, they were amazing, a total different experience. They worked with me right away, squeezed me in as soon as possible, actually fixed my swamp cooler, and super responsible. I now know who to contact in the future if I need help again. Thank you for not taking advantage of people and actually help them!
