My swamp cooler went out and I didn't know who to call or how to go about it. I called a business and they said they didn't work on swamp coolers to call a friend of theirs that did, so I did. That person charged me to go look at it and ""fix"" it and guess what, they repaired parts that didn't need repair. I reached out to them again, they said it was the motor and they would charge me again to repair that. I was super upset with no money left, and didn't know what to do. I decided to give it one more try and I reached out to JANS, they were amazing, a total different experience. They worked with me right away, squeezed me in as soon as possible, actually fixed my swamp cooler, and super responsible. I now know who to contact in the future if I need help again. Thank you for not taking advantage of people and actually help them!

I submitted numerous bids to find someone to clean my air ducts...all of them either gave me some crazy prices or refused to give me a ball park estimate. Edgar quickly responded and asked me a few questions to ensure he gave me the most accurate estimate. He is very prompt, professional, friendly and true to his word.

He came to my home to do a walk through and honored my price, cleaning my air ducts and vents. His equipment is state of the art and brand new and he kept my entire property clean by making sure to cover my carpets and walls. He also helped clean my AC coils and also found out that my capacitor was about to break..he came the following week to replace that. Everything was so smooth and he sent me a digital invoice with all the work done.

I highly recommend hiring him for all your AC needs.

I'm a multi-family property owner in Hesperia. I live down the hill and am not familiar with vendors in the hi-desert. I was referred to Jan's for service on a swamp cooler. They immediately responded the next day with efficiency, accuracy and courtesy.
When I get a call from a tenant I act right away to resolve the issue. Jans is on my call list for plumbing and a/c issues.
My tenant was impressed and that makes me want to do business with them again.

I asked for a quote through Yelp to replace the flapper in my toilet. Jans responded with $150-$200. When I balked at that price (I'm no stranger to home repair) he came back at me with a nasty remark, ""Not sure what you expect to pay but free isn't an option."" ""No worries"", he continued, ""we'll take care of paying customers."" So, instead of just moving on, this jerk wanted to insult me, pick a fight, and alienate me. I wouldn't pay someone who acts and talks like this to old ladies, any amount for any job. Why is he responding to this very small job 40 miles away from their business? Must be desperate. (my opinion)
