Double billers. Changing times w/o your notice then wants to collect for extra trip they backed down on that one. Came back on me 6 months later for service I paid for twice. They turned me over to collection after I gave them dates and checked the number of bank cancelled checks (checks that were cleared and cashed). Work orders are incomplete meaning they come out a 2nd time for work that should of been done first time and bill you again and billed me again..

I have learned it pays to find out owners name (who will not return my calls) and check court records.

Also check dates of reviews some may be bogus or old no longer applying to conditions I am dealing with or under different management. Drama sloppy management/work orders defines my experience with them.

I needed a bathroom sink drain replaced. The old installation was a cobbled together mess.
Although the service plumber from Janesville Plumbing was late, he called and kept me informed as to when he would be there.
He was professional, courteous and quick. I would definitely recommend Janesville Plumbing.

You know the drill, website message no response, followed by message left on answering machine, no response. NOT HERE! Responce was quick and professional. They installed new sink faucet and garbage disposal. Excellent workmanship, cleaned up after themselves. Wonderful!

Mitch from Janesville Plumbing came to fix my leaking dishwasher....he was not only on time but actually was a little early which was great for me!!! A very nice young man and he found the problem within minutes of looking at the dishwasher...he fixed the problem promptly and was in and out of my home within a half hour!!!
