I used Janak for fixing a faucet leak in my bathtub and the lady they said fixed it albeit she admitted it was a temp fix as it was suggested I should probably update the fixture but didn't push me on it so that was okay...a week before that though I had contacted them to look at my gas water heater and they said the electrical part needed to be ordered but they called later to say no part was found in town and actually suggested I may have to replace the heater which I was hesitant about because it wasn't even that old (2016). Fortunately my electrician suggested it just needed a cleaning and he was right....sad that these guys didn't do that 1st either ignorance or something else ; (

I thought the plumbers did a great job on fixing my shower, but the price is outrageous. They don't tell you how much the part is, so they charge you any amount that the owners decide and if it takes them less than an hour, you could be paying them 200.00 per hour for just labor. That seems like a pretty hefty price to their customers. So if you want good plumbers and willing to pay it, then they are your company.

I had a water leak next to my water meter. I called around to try to get an estimate on the cost. Everyone else was so expensive just for an estimate!! Janak plumbing had the most reasonable price for an estimate and it was applied to my bill. The gentlemen that showed up were so kind. They showed me the problem and explained what they were going to do to resolve it. They even said they would put in parts to prevent any further damage. So impressed! Thank you so much!

I know that if I had been white rather than Hispanic, he would have treated me differently.

I gave him a new mask since he had none. I had everything ready for him: A new cartilage, a new clip, a brand-new Core Puller for Moen for him. I turn the water off and on, in the street for him. He is a good plumber. It took him less than 15 minutes to replace the Cartridge and took him longer to write the invoice.

He charged $100.00 for the Sunday call and $150.00 for the 15 minute it took him for the repair. A physician does not charge that much.

Either Brian Janak or his Dad have been in my house several years ago. That is how I kept his business card. I saw class back then.

I had Janak Plumbing come out to fix my backed up sewer line on April 4, 2021. They charged $249.00 to flush sewer lines and informed me that there work has no warranty should my sewer lines back up again. There plumber said sewer lines can continue to backup if to much toilet paper is flushed down toilets etc.. Well my sewer line backed up again three days later contacted the city to have them check sewer line on their side before calling Janak plumbing to return to my home. City of Victoria assessed sewer a there were no problems on the city side. I phoned Janak and told them my sewer lines are backing up again and I needed someone to come out and assess the same problem they had supposedly repair 4 days ago. There receptionist said she could have someone there in two hours to clean out sewer lines after she read the plumbers report stating their was no sludge in the line after running their snake. Janak said their visit would cost an extra $249 since they don't have a warranty for sewer cleanout. I decided to forgo this company and go with another company that cleaned out both sewer lines and charged only a $120.00 dollars. I will never use a this company again.

I can't sing their praises enough. Our well pump broke, and they replaced it within the day. They were willing to work around my work schedule, and stayed as late as it took to complete the job (10 pm!). The new pump brought up a substantial amount of sand, so they quickly installed a sand tank and flushed all the lines. Then they helped fix our toilet, which was not properly vented by the folks who installed our septic tank. Before closing up, they showed me everything they did, and gave me advice on how to get the most out of our septic system. After all the extra care and attention we received, they still only charged us their original quote.
