I've had these guys come out a couple times now. Always quick to respond. Showed up right on time and got the jobs done quick and clean. They replaced a broken hose bib, unclogged a sink and replaced a shower valve for me.

It was a seamless and painless process from the service quote to the job itself. I had a clogged dipper well drain in my ice cream shop, and I needed someone to come out and fix it right away. I wouldn't even give him one star. This plumbing contractor signed a contract with me and didn't follow it. The work that was supposed to be done to help keep my house from flooding water is now worse than it has ever been as a result of him not following the contract.

Saturday morning and I hear my hallway bathroom bubbling! If you had plumbing issues before you know this is not a good sound! Sure enough both of my showers were filling up with water. I called different companies and JJ were the first ones to respond. I asked them how soon they could come and they gave me an ETA of 20 minutes and delivered on it! They were extremely professional and nice and affordable!
