I called Jamie Parrish to get a bid on a plumbing project. They said they would arrive between 1 and 4 . I waited until 3:30 and no one came. So I called the office and asked what happened. The receptionist said that she called at 8:30 am and left a message saying that I should call back and confirm the appointment. I don't wake up until 9:00 usually and when I did, there was no message on my phone. She didn't apologize. She said someone would be over to my house if they finished the current job in time.
No one came. So I had waited 4 hours for nothing! I now have an appointment with another plumber.

I was fortunate today to have Tyler and Jack, of Jamie Parrish Plumbing Inc. repair a leak in a water pipe in my 50 year old manufactured home. They replaced a couple of pipes that had been previously ""repaired"" by a local handyman. They removed shoddy fittings and got the leak taken care of. It wasn't an easy repair but they were well prepared to handle the job and left me happy and quite impressed. They were consummate professionals. The cost was reasonable and the work was excellent. They left my home in better condition than when they arrived. I won't hesitate to contact Jamie Parrish Plumbing in the future for any plumbing work I need to have accomplished.

We did a whole house remodel and Jamie Parrish Plumbing went above and beyond for the whole job. In a nutshell, Jamie's work was excellent, Kristal and everyone in the office are very responsive and always on it. The price was fair and it was the same from the bid to the bill. What you see is what you get!

Now for more detail. As mentioned, a lot of work goes into a whole house remodel. Jamie and team installed new toilets, new showers, new tubs, new sinks, new appliances, new water heater and a new water filtration system -- the works. Jamie and his team are very detail oriented and do not stop until they get the job done. As with any home remodel you run into some unexpected challenges due to the nature of an older home. Jamie always has a can-do attitude that is driven by solutions rather than dwelling on the problem.

Now let's talk about Kristal and team at the office. Kristal is like a symphony conductor, managing every small detail with parts and scheduling like no other. If you want your project to get done on budget and on time, you will want Kristal on your team!

As for unexpected instances, after we moved in, there was a heavy rain event in the area and water started leaking under the house. We called Jamie's office and they had folks out to look at the problem in less than an hour. Talk about a team that has your back!

If you are looking for a top notch, full-service plumbing service, this is your one-stop in Clallam County. There are good and bad vendors out there. This is a number you will definitely want to save in your address book!

Both times I've needed them to come out they have been prompt in responding to my emails, calls and showing up. When our water heater broke and we need it fixed ASAP they came to the rescue. Jamie Parrish Plumbing is and has always been my ""go to"" for any plumbing jobs. They are fair, honest, and very knowledgeable. I trust Jamie Parrish Plumbing 110%! Jamie and Rick just completed a very big job for us. Parrish Plumbing replaced our water heater and water softener, they made sure that they completed the job in the most time-efficient and cost effective manner. The office staff is also great and tries their best to accommodate. Definitely worth calling first if you are looking to hire a plumber.

I had no hot water and Jamie Parrish was able to come out that morning. He checked the hot water heater and found nothing glaring. He made an adjustment and told me to call back if that didn't fix it, which it didn't. He came back out that afternoon and crawled under the house, where he found a leak. I had paid for the morning call, and was surprised the 2nd bill also had a service charge on it, besides the work done. The employee said he would ask about a refund. I didn't think I would hear back, but received a call one day asking how I would like to receive that. A few weeks later there was a check in the mail. I was happily surprised in this day where many businesses don't follow up, and happy to have gotten my hot water back so quickly.

Worst plumbers in port angeles! They were replacing kitchen sink in my home and damaged the counter top. They are never on time. Both times I scheduled a time, they showed up late. The ""owner"" came into my house after showing up late to inspect the damage his guys did and was very rude and when I asked him questions he kept answering with ""I don't know I'm just doing the owner a favor!"". He was so unprofessional when speaking to me/my husband. When I asked him what was going to be done and a time frame to fix the counter top he snapped at me as he walked out of my front door ""I don't know!""... mind you he spent a whopping 30 seconds in my home. I called my landlord to inform him of yet again the terrible experience with them and he was confused bc they apparently were supposed to meet with him and their countertop specialist. I honestly would give them 0 stars if I had the ability. Counter is still not fixed.
