Jamie Parrish Plumbing is and has always been my ""go to"" for any plumbing jobs. They are fair, honest, and very knowledgeable. I trust Jamie Parrish Plumbing 110%! Jamie and Rick just completed a very big job for us. Parrish Plumbing replaced our water heater and water softener, they made sure that they completed the job in the most time-efficient and cost effective manner. The office staff is also great and tries their best to accommodate. Definitely worth calling first if you are looking to hire a plumber.

I had no hot water and Jamie Parrish was able to come out that morning. He checked the hot water heater and found nothing glaring. He made an adjustment and told me to call back if that didn't fix it, which it didn't. He came back out that afternoon and crawled under the house, where he found a leak. I had paid for the morning call, and was surprised the 2nd bill also had a service charge on it, besides the work done. The employee said he would ask about a refund. I didn't think I would hear back, but received a call one day asking how I would like to receive that. A few weeks later there was a check in the mail. I was happily surprised in this day where many businesses don't follow up, and happy to have gotten my hot water back so quickly.

Worst plumbers in port angeles! They were replacing kitchen sink in my home and damaged the counter top. They are never on time. Both times I scheduled a time, they showed up late. The ""owner"" came into my house after showing up late to inspect the damage his guys did and was very rude and when I asked him questions he kept answering with ""I don't know I'm just doing the owner a favor!"". He was so unprofessional when speaking to me/my husband. When I asked him what was going to be done and a time frame to fix the counter top he snapped at me as he walked out of my front door ""I don't know!""... mind you he spent a whopping 30 seconds in my home. I called my landlord to inform him of yet again the terrible experience with them and he was confused bc they apparently were supposed to meet with him and their countertop specialist. I honestly would give them 0 stars if I had the ability. Counter is still not fixed.

Professional, responsive and good communication throughout the process. Had Brandon come out to replace my old dishwasher. Everything was done right, quickly and easily (for me). Glad I had them do the work.

I had purchased a new kitchen faucet and called Parrish to install it. When the service man arrived and had unpacked his tools he told me there was a flat $200 fee for installing anything not purchased from Parrish. I did not want to pay a service call fee and then try to find another plumber to install it. Had Parrish been upfront when I called and told me of the flat fee I would have gone in a different direction. It took him less than one hour to do the installation. Just beware before scheduling Parrish and ask about any extra or flat fees before scheduling them. He did a good job although I had to help him some.

I have been waiting 3 months for my faucet to be fixed through my home warranty, I was assured by the plumber if the faucet was too high in price they could replace it with something comparable that the insurance would cover. They came back with a $300 faucet that I will not pay for, I was told to buy my own and they would install it now 5 more phone calls to the insurance carrier and their company and Parish won't return phone calls they failed to appear at the last appointment. I am very frustrated but it's the principal of it all now. I was assured by the home warranty there would be an investigation, I can wait it's been months already what is a few more?

I am so very pleased to have called Jamie Parrish & his assistant out to troubleshoot our problem. Kitchen faucet set up needs replacing, so as soon as I get the new set, Jamie will come back out to install it. Our mysterious problem was found quickly, efficiently & he was excellent at explaining the issue, as well as what I need to do. I highly recommend him as a number one go to plumber.

What a pleasure to deal with. We had a real emergency at our son's new house with a broken water pipe. My husband call me in AZ to help find a plumber in Port Angeles. I looked at Yelp first and so glad I did. He answered on the first call and was in his car heading over to my son's house before I even hung up. What a life saver. My husband said he showed up right away and was so knowledgeable and helpful. What a life saver and on Father's Day weekend.
