I had purchased a new kitchen faucet and called Parrish to install it. When the service man arrived and had unpacked his tools he told me there was a flat $200 fee for installing anything not purchased from Parrish. I did not want to pay a service call fee and then try to find another plumber to install it. Had Parrish been upfront when I called and told me of the flat fee I would have gone in a different direction. It took him less than one hour to do the installation. Just beware before scheduling Parrish and ask about any extra or flat fees before scheduling them. He did a good job although I had to help him some.

I have been waiting 3 months for my faucet to be fixed through my home warranty, I was assured by the plumber if the faucet was too high in price they could replace it with something comparable that the insurance would cover. They came back with a $300 faucet that I will not pay for, I was told to buy my own and they would install it now 5 more phone calls to the insurance carrier and their company and Parish won't return phone calls they failed to appear at the last appointment. I am very frustrated but it's the principal of it all now. I was assured by the home warranty there would be an investigation, I can wait it's been months already what is a few more?

I am so very pleased to have called Jamie Parrish & his assistant out to troubleshoot our problem. Kitchen faucet set up needs replacing, so as soon as I get the new set, Jamie will come back out to install it. Our mysterious problem was found quickly, efficiently & he was excellent at explaining the issue, as well as what I need to do. I highly recommend him as a number one go to plumber.

What a pleasure to deal with. We had a real emergency at our son's new house with a broken water pipe. My husband call me in AZ to help find a plumber in Port Angeles. I looked at Yelp first and so glad I did. He answered on the first call and was in his car heading over to my son's house before I even hung up. What a life saver. My husband said he showed up right away and was so knowledgeable and helpful. What a life saver and on Father's Day weekend.

The men that work for this company are amazing!!! Both Brandon and Ryan have come out to our house on separate occasions to help plumb our kids' bathroom. They are always very prompt and polite on the phone as well as in person. As a stay-at-home mom of three children (one with special needs), it made me feel very secure to have such considerate individuals in my home. They smiled and were friendly to me and my children and on top of that they did a wonderful job with all the plumbing!!! They were very efficient and I will call this company for all of our future plumbing needs during our remodel. Very happy customers here!!!

Scam artist and thief. I own a house that I rent out when I'm deployed or on TDY and two weeks after I left, the renters were complaining about the toilet leaking. 1 week prior to that I had replaced some the old parts with brand new ones such as the overflow tube, flush valve and few other things. Well I decided to call Jamie Parrish Plumbing to come out and take a look.

Leak was fixed and his timing was prompt. Big surprise, the bill I owed was extremely expensive. I emailed the plumber asking why and his response was that he didn't know what was causing the leak so he decided to replace everything without calling me. He took advantage of the fact that he knew the house was a rental and I couldn't be there to check up on his work. He claims that he couldn't tell the brand new parts from the 20 year old parts so he decided to just yank it all out and put in his own overpriced parts. If you are a professional plumber and you can't tell the difference between a 20 year old part from a brand new one, its time to find a new job.

Of course he didn't apologize for straight ripping me off, this thief actually had the gall to call me a liar. I will never use their services again. Disgusting company.

Jamie Parrish Plumbing was recommended to me by several friends. I guess that is how people find out about this local gem. He doesn't have to advertise and both he and his first class crew are constantly busy. Jamie is available for emergencies and big jobs. He always seems able to fit emergencies in without a long wait. I know I will be using Jamie Parrish again in the future and will certainly be telling my friends about him. Very professional!
