We needed to have the plumbing disconnected from our kitchen sink in preparation for our new cabinet installation through Lowes. James Jr. did a great job and this company was very flexible in rescheduling to come earlier than the planned date. Excellent customer service! James Smith Handyman & Plumbing will be reinstalling the plumbing for our kitchen sink once the cabinets and countertops are installed. Paid through Lowe's for an install on toilets. The plumber talked me into returning them because he didn't want to deal with putting a modern toilet that's apparently hard to install. Even though he was nice, talkative and very manipulative... He was saying I needed to move the valves and cut them. Was asking for more money and I said ok then he still didn't want to do it.. He returned them. Funny part is I already had one of these in another bathroom, and never had an installation issue. I called my neighbor we picked them up again and installed them without an issue!! What is it about people thinking that they can underestimate your intelligence? Ok for NY not Florida

Beware!!! Ask for cost upfront. I had used this company in the past had to have a second callback on master bathroom toilet flapper wasn't working. Ok - no cost fair. Was told if this time didn't work I had to go buy the piece. It worked but not very professional of them to say that. Just recently had them back pool toilet not working told Steve if you have to replace any parts please do so. Toilet was completed. After a while I went to put on kitchen sink water no water coming out. Drizzling I called back immediately for help said they'll send him back. Steve showed up at 4:41 pm to solve situation. Turns out it he said a calcium build up in my new faucet. Literally took 2 seconds to fix. Weird odds same day as toilet fix. Here's the amazing part he quoted me an additional $181.00 for having to come back out @ 4:41. I almost fainted. Said it was due to the time. Night call? Went outside called them they reduced it to $93.00 wow!! A repetitive customer pd 81.93 for simple fix and $93.00 for callback 2 second fix. Not good customer service in my book.
