We recently had our master bath remodeled by James Remodeling. James is a true professional who prides himself in being technically excellent. He is also a true gentleman. His team is outstanding and they are very coordinated in their tasks. We still have a few items that need attention but they are minor. I've enjoyed working with Armin. James Remodeling recently completed (June, 2022)our Primary Bathroom and were very amenable and professional for the entire process of our project. From the beginning, Shawna's design input and advice was extremely creative and tasteful as she listened to my general color palette and produced accordingly with samples. She was also available for my concerns and questions. The architect produced a detailed plan which was high quality available for the inspections completed and directed by James Remodeling. James and his son, Armin as contractors were thorough and supervised when needed. James completed electrical as well as plumbing required and reflects a ""no-nonsense"" demeanor to keep the project moving. Armin, when text with a question responded as quickly as possible and was ready when inspectors showed to inspect. Kam coordinated the project with a positive demeanor when faced with the questions, we, the homeowners had along the way! He returned texts and calls whenever posed. As well, the cabinetry, fixtures, dry wall, hot mop, wall and floor tile met our expectations with workers who were very conscientious of our time and clean-up each day! Thanks James Remodeling!

Well, my wife wanted to remodel our guest bathroom, which included a 45 year old antiquated Roman tub/shower, which was outdated, unsafe, and had a mildew problem. We were nervous about how to select a contractor, but got 5 bids and had to choose among them. Prices of course varied, but it was the professionalism of James himself which won us over. He understood what we wanted, and outlined clearly the choices we could make to get there. He put tape on the walls to indicate exactly where everything would go, so we could visualize the final arrangements. He also indicated he would supervise the demolition and the replacement plumbing himself. We understood this would be a smaller project, but he would fit it in between other jobs in a way that would get it done in a timely fashion. We picked them over the others because it didn't seem like it would be outsourced to a bunch of smaller subcontractors with little supervision.
We had to wait for all the plumbing fixtures to arrive, but thereafter, the demo started promptly, and we were on our way! Each step was done in a fairly timely manner, and they kept us appraised with timing and expectations so we knew how it would proceed. They always showed up when scheduled, and the teams were efficient and capable.
We have been extremely pleased with the finished product! It exceeded our expectations and we just love it! I should mention that after we fully paid for the project, we noted a problem with the paint job in one area with which we were disappointed. We notified them, and they sent out people to repaint and now it's perfect. We had worried that perhaps it would be hard to get this corrected, but they couldn't have been more accommodating!
In short, we recommend them unreservedly. We would certainly use them again. You will be pleased!!!

We had our two bathrooms remodeled and Flooring done. We used James Remodeling because they did such an excellent job with our kitchen remodel last year. James and his crew were excellent getting all the plumbing, electrical and flooring completed making our home to look like a model home. Armin owner of James Remodeling gave us excellent suggestions from the lighting and countertops to the cabinets, shower tiles, and shower flooring. He also helped with our small bathroom in making decisions. Armin really knows what looks good and can do easy fixes. Armin knows the trade and is very accurate on all his measurements. Thanks to James Remodeling we have a new home inside for years to come. They only use the best materials that last. The glass doors on the shower and bathtub are showroom glass doors. We have received many compliments from friends and neighbors who have seen our bathrooms and kitchen saying it looks like a model home. We have worked with James Remodeling and his team on a fairly substantial kitchen renovation, which also involved structural engineering to remove a load bearing wall and permits with the city. Armin and Shawna came out to give an estimate and were professional, honest, and kind. Armin was very patient with me as I went back and forth between different plans for what work I wanted. When the renovation began the workers were extremely clean and respectful of our home. I couldn't believe how quickly everything progressed. James and his awesome crew were so hardworking and very professional. I appreciated the fact that James the owner was fully involved and worked alongside with his crew all day. Making sure that everything is done the right way and if there are any issues he has a solution for every problem. James is a very knowledgeable and experienced contractor. They were always punctual and Armin kept me in the loop throughout each phase. They were constantly moving forward to complete our project as soon as possible. Armin was great at working with the city throughout the entire process. Shawna was great with design ideas and materials. They also have a great team of subcontractors. They were all true professionals and great at their trade.  His custom cabinet maker Mike is truly talented and his attention to detail really made all the difference in our project. I am so thankful that his team had the creativity and skill set to make our dreams come true.
As the pictures show, our home turned out amazing. A complete remodel is a lot of work and at times can be stressful, but they made sure that we were 100% happy with every detail until complete. Our remodel results exceeded our expectations and I absolutely recommend James Remodeling.

They did a good job on our kitchen. James (owner) quoted on another job we had and said he could do the job in Nov. Nov came and he said he couldn't do it until Feb. He tried to hook me up with another contractor, but I didn't want anyone new at that point. Feb came and James said he couldn't do our request for a steal beam, to eliminate a pole in the middle of the room! SERIOUSLY?!?! Why would he quote the job if he couldn't do it. It set our project back a year. He should have been honest and up front if he wasn't capable.

We started a kitchen remodeling project with James and his team in October. Two months later, it's all done and we are now ready to enjoy our new Kitchen for years to come. During the past 2 months, James (business owner) was always on-time, communicative, and on top of everything. He is very detail oriented and I appreciated that a lot. His office (especially Shawna) is great at communicating every step of the process. They addressed every questions/concerns that we had almost immediately.
