I had my bathtub back up on a Sunday, flooded my bedroom and James came out and cleaned the vent. He was very willing to help. On time and on the weekend.

He took the time to carefully track down a leak above my carport to a improperly installed guest bath toilet and fixed it on the spot for a very reasonable price! He earned all my future business! We just had our 33 year old water heater start to leak (yes, 33 years old!) in our attic. It came original with the house. It was a 40 gallon gas water heater, that was in a very tight space.

James determined he was not going to be able to get another 40 gallon water heater into our attic, and a 30 gallon special short tank that would fit, would take 6 weeks to get delivered.

So with his suggestion, we decided to go with a tankless water heater which could be installed later in the week. I definitely did not want to ""play chicken"" with a leaking water heater in the attic for 6 weeks!

James was very responsive and communicative through the whole process. We discussed options and costs through text messages. He also came out to assess our situation the same day we called him!!

He's quick, professional, and cool as a cucumber. I included a photo to show off how well the installation was done, it looks great. The water pressure and heating ability of our new tankless is indistinguishable from the water 40 gallon heater tank we had, and it should save some money long term as well!

We'll be relying on James Plumbing INC for any future plumbing (water or gas) needs.

Buyer Beware, They installed a faucet and charged us well over list price. They charged double the amount a reasonable person would.
