I contacted them a little over 2 months ago, I was told they would be there in 3 weeks, I made the appointment because I could not get hold of anyone else to do the work, appointment day came, no call no show, I called to find out what was going on, I was told their current customers took priority over me and the lady said it would be another 2 weeks, which put me at January 2, I again called because no call no show, I was told I was pushed ahead another few weeks to January 24, again no call no show, just called again to find out that Jan 2 I was cancelled off the list completely, I asked why, was told they wouldn't be able to get to me till spring, I asked why I wasn't notified the 2nd that I was cancelled and nobody could tell me anything, I was told to call someone else if I needed a plumber fast
