I had a leak, plumber said it was my yard hydrant, replaced hydrant but still have leak. Plumber wanted to replace complete line to meter without checking for leak using detection system. Over charged for replacing faucet and didn't meet appointment time, no return calls or to set up another appointment. Used another plumber that had leak detection come to locate leak which was in irrigation line next to hydrant.
Cannot recommend this company.

I had a bad experience with this plumbing company and will not give them my business again. It's hit or miss if they will send out someone that knows what they are doing. If you question anything regarding price or competence of their employees the manager will get irate and defensive will not accept responsibility for mistakes made. No customer care. Not professional. Would not recommend..

This plumbing service was the worst I have ever worked with!!! The owner literally called me ignorant and would not leave the house until I paid cash, without providing an itemized invoice. I will never use again and will tell all the neighbors in Las Campanas not to use as well.

This company was one of the worst contractors I have ever used in 30 years of being a homeowner. In short, do not use this company.

Details:
Air Cooler broke on Sunday. PipeWorks sent someone (Technician named ""A""). out Monday afternoon. The problem was correctly diagnosed as fan motor bearing issue. This is the only positive item.

The first technician (""A"") was non-responsive to me and my wife. He claimed he ordered the part Monday. Tuesday morning, when pressed he ""dropped the ball"" on the part and then became verbally abusive to my wife. After me pleading with the main office for just a status, including calling/texting/emailing the owner, got a response from the owner Wednesday morning that the part was arriving on Wednesday afternoon now and a new technician ""M"" would now be out on Thursday morning to repair from 8-10 am.

Thursday morning, no technician showed up and no response from main office. Technician ""M"" finally called after 10 and claimed had no idea about the appointment. Also did not have the part and blamed vendor and/or UPS. Showed up at 11 am with other substitute parts and could not fix the unit.

Friday morning initially had an appointment from 10-12 pm. Technician ""M"" could not make it became he did not have the part that was supposedly mailed on Monday. Finally showed up after 3 (late as usual) and fixed the unit in less than an hour.

Summary:
The technician always showed up late from the agreed upon time window without a call or text, showing no regard for their customer's time. First technician was ""fired"" from job because I was concerned about my wife's safety.

Second technician was both non-responsive and always late.
Home office was difficult to connect with. Showed zero regard for their customer's time and always blamed someone else (vendor or UPS). Fairly certain they lied to us.

Do yourself a favor and keep scrolling. DO NOT use this company. You will thank me.

Every person, who responded to our frozen pipe leak that flooded the house, from Alexis who scheduled the appointment, to Marcos and Leonard who performed the work, to Chuck the owner, who came out to ensure there were no additional leaks were prompt, courteous, and professional. They've earned a customer for life!

They saved my butt in the Fall of 2018 with a same water heater replacement.

I have continued to use them several times. Great responsive service with fair prices and No attempts to up charge.

Highly recommended.

One of my outside hose bibs sprung a leak in the recent cold snap and was spilling water everywhere. I called every plumber in Santa Fe and most told me they were booking out 2-3 weeks. Three shops actually made appointments over the next two days but never showed up and didn't respond to phone calls. Pipeworks saved the day! They told me they had emergency calls too but hated to leave me hanging so they made an appointment, showed up on time, set up a short term fix and came back the next day to solve the problem. Their two plumbers were both extremely professional, capable, and very helpful explaining to me the wonders of winterizing a home. I've asked them to come back next week to replace another old hose bib and they will be my go to for any plumbing issue. So grateful for their work!

This is the most professional plumbing business that we have ever worked with. They contact you every step of the way. Gonsalo Arenas is a terrific plumber. He diagnosed our multiple issues quickly. His work was professional. He was quick and neat, which is very important to me. If plumbing issues can be a great experience, this was it!

We were referred to Eddie by some friends. Its a good thing that we didn't have a plumbing emergency as he didn't show up for three days after committing to next day services. When we tired of calling Eddie to follow through with his commitment, 4 weeks after initial contact, we hired Big Joe's Plumbing. They finished the project plus another one too in an hour and a half.

There are a lot of good plumbers in Santa Fe however, Eddie is not a member of this group.

I called about a leak I was having in my outdoor watering system, took photos, and explained the situation(per the advice from Eddie). I discovered the water shut-off valve is broken, after a day of digging around and then hand-bailing the water out of the plastic box. Although I am a true DIY believer, I had done all I could and needed a professional plumber. Since it was the week of Thanksgiving, I told him to let me know if he couldn't tend to it and I'd make other plans. He said he'd be my second stop of the day. I waited all day, no call and no show, so around 4:00 I called his cell, and left a very nice and understanding message. He never called back. I'm going to have to call another plumber. There's no excuse for that kind of negligence, period.
