Recommended Customer Reviews

My company works closely with James LeCourt Plumbing and they are always on top of their game. So when I came home to a flooded laundry room, it wasn't even a question of who to call! Their response time was phenomenal, their technicians were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the overall process was as painless as could be. They got our house back to normal within a matter of hours and I couldn't be more thankful. I would definitely recommend James LeCourt Plumbing!

We had a gas leak and this company was more than on it! They were fast, clean , polite and went above and beyond! Thank you guys for making a stressful situation feel like it wasn't a big deal !

Yes, this is one of those reviews that you wish you could leave a zero star for.
DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY!!!! I can't say it enough. They will damage your property and then say it was ""already like that."" The plumber that came to my unit, who happens to be the owner's brother (which is why he will NEVER get fired even though he should be) actually DAMAGED my faucet AND dishwasher.
My condo was getting brown, hot water so I called my HOA and they told me to call this company. I had no choice in the matter so I did and they sent out their plumber (owner's brother). He checked all the faucets in my unit including the kitchen sink, bathroom sinks, and tub. He messed around with the kitchen faucet for about 20 minutes, moving the handle around, on and off, over and over, as well as removing the spout head. Finally he moved to the bathroom and checked those as well. He confirmed, yes, the water is brown.
He left my unit and a few minutes later I turned on my kitchen faucet and there was a very weak stream coming out of it. I thought it would clear up by the end of the day, since he had come at around 1230-130. It did not. I tried contacting my HOA the next day but they were not available. The following day, I called this terrible excuse for a company directly to let them know that since their plumber left my faucet has had a weak stream. They said they would send out someone next week.
A week went by and I could not wash my dishes in the sink. I had to wash my dishes by getting water from the bathtub. Finally, the SAME plumber came again and essentially did the same thing, moved the handle around like crazy, and this time he actually went under the sink where I heard a splash. He tried to clean it up but he just ended up shoving my stuff back in there while the puddle of water was still there. A few hours later I decided I was going to put the dishes in the dishwasher because, at least I could still use that, but my dishwasher started making a terrible sound! He had damaged the line under the sink that went to the dishwasher while he had been messing around under the sink.
And this is where it gets REALLY bad. I was very patient in waiting for them to correct the damage they made to my home. I had to call 4 times in two days before I got to speak to the owner. What's worse, they actually added insult to injury, claiming that it was ""like that already"" and the owner had the audacity to insult me on the phone. He was very demeaning and said ""you must have a lot of time on your hands"" when I told him that I would be posting bad reviews about his company.
He is defending his brother because they're family, not because they're actually upstanding, honest people. He is claiming that I was holding something for the plumber while he was checking the faucet which is 100% FALSE!!!! I let the plumber in and waited on my couch the whole time.
Also, he's claiming that I told his brother that I told him the faucet was like that already, which I did not do. WHY WOULD I CALL SOMEONE TO FIX MY BROWN, HOT WATER IF I COULD BARELY GET WATER OUT OF THE FAUCET TO BEGIN WITH???!!! The owner should ask himself that question.
He claims there's video with the faucet showing that it had low stream and I asked him for the video and THE TIME STAMP on that video because I'm sure the plumber took that video AFTER he realized he damaged my faucet. I also requested the form which supposedly says that I said that the faucet was broken already, which I never did. He told me to speak to management and I have and they are going to supply me with that information shortly, which is when I'll update this review. This company is UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, AND A DISGRACE to good entrepreneurship. Unless you like having your property damaged and then being blamed for it, DON'T LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME.

Mike was awesome! Vanessa in the office was very nice and the appointment was easy to schedule and Mike was right on time - great people!

We scheduled an appointment to have them install our laundry room faucet and drain. The ladies in the office were great and set everything up around our preferred schedule. They were on time and called ahead. Ron the technician did a great job and communicated exceptionally well. The system is working well with no leaks or problems. I would definitely use them again and refer to a friend. Great work Vanessa, Allie, Ron and the team.

My bottom floor condo had sewage leaking into the bathroom from the unit above. It was totally disgusting. The association called James LeCourt Plumbing to resolve the matter and I was very impressed. They sent Mossimo right away and he was competent and professional. Unfortunately, he couldn't fix the problem right away because? the person upstairs was not home and he needed access. However, Laticia was amazing! She was on the phone with me trying to coordinate the repair as soon as possible. She understood how desperate I was to get this fixed ASAP! Both Mossimo and Laticia are the best! Except for the raw sewage, it was a pleasure working with James? LeCourt Plumbing.

The complex I live in currently has some sort of leak which made us have no access to hot water. After 2 days of this company looking at it, they still haven't fixed it. That was a Thursday and a Friday. Due to it being a weekend the next 2 days, they did not work on it. God forbid somebody has to work over the weekend to fix HUNDREDS of condos with no hot water. That means upwards of 500 people did not have hot water and James Lecourt plumbing did not care to work on it over the weekend. If you go to their website, it states, ""24/7 Emergency services Available."" This seems like an emergency to me. Such a joke of a company.

As a property manager I have dealt with numerous plumbing companies in the area and this is probably one of the worst ones that overcharges you for doing absolutely nothing.
We had an unfortunate incident where we had a master bathroom water leak, where the emergency HoA line was called and they were the designated plumbing company. They came out, found out that ""shower valve running out of tub sprout, letting water leak back into the wall and into the downstairs dining room ceiling."" The invoice we got literally said this and the following:
2) Advise that this is homeowner responsibility
3) Would contact homeowner
Bill: $225.00
$225 for doing nothing. Really?
After disputing this charge with the HoA (which is notorious, by the way), it was down to $188.
Why would we pay $188 for a company to come and and simply tell us what the issue is without actually fixing it? If they actually did some work and repaired it, sure. But they should NOT be charging that amount for simply driving here, spend 30min looking around, and leave.
Another incident happened where a downstairs neighbor reported that there was leaking from their garage. They entered our unit without trying to contact us beforehand, walked around and into our master bathroom, saw toilet having a mild leak, switched the water off, then charged us $375.
Not sure why the HoA would even use them.

Had repairs made to the the Hot and Cold water valves for the washing machine and Mike Huanusto was fantastic. Mike did a great job fixing everything and was very neat handling everything with care. Mike had a great personality with a great attitude for the job. Great work Mike, it was a great pleasure meeting you.

I've never had an issue with these guys. We submit a work order and we have someone out, usually the same day. They are professional and knowledgeable and take care of what needs to be taken care of. They don't sit around and make small talk because they usually have another call to get to.
