I rarely take the time to review people but after reading all the negative stuff I feel compelled to weigh-in. I'm about to call them out and only landed on Yelp to get their number.
I have used them 7 times that I can remember - at my rental property, my home and my office. I call them back because they have always done a great job. I have to admit that they aren't the cheapest but I suspect that is because they hire experienced plumbers. And they've NEVER surprised me with charges. They give me a quote before they do the work. Obviously, they can't come out for free so I know there's a minimum. That's the way it works!
They've never sent anyone that didn't know what they were doing. Of the 7 times, 5 were to stop leaks (water heater supply, toilets and slab,) one time to clear a kitchen drain and once to install fixtures.
Always a professional guy shows up on time, does the work and cleans-up after himself.
I recommend them on a regular basis.

They were prompt, however their pricing is nothing short larceny.
The company is employed by our HOA Association, and were called to investigate a leak in my guest shower that seem to be coming from the unit above. The guy shows up cuts a whole in my drywall doesn't see any water or leak other than the damage to the drywall. He tries to knock on the neighbors door and access the unit above to ascertain if the leak is coming from the neighbors unit was unable to do so, and hence he leaves.
A few days later he makes an appointment with the owner of the unit above spend 15 to 20 minutes running the water and as you're not trying to ascertain whether or not he can find a leak wasn't able they leave.
A month later I get a bill for $500 lol.
After a few conversations with folks at their office they realize that we were in fact overbilled my $90
I'm sorry to say but a service call like that should cost nothing more than $200-$250 so if you want to get screwed employ these guys.

I don't know what you guys are talking about.
The HOA referred me, this is true.
I was highly motivated to make sure all these bad reviews were substantiated.
I was proven very wrong.
Jennifer was perky and helpful. She's just a nice gal who answers your angry calls. Give her a break. Who else calls the plumber except stressed out people?
Spoke to Brett, who was a soft spoken, polite gentleman who inspected the issue pertaining to my plumbing prior. He gave a quote and noted that it included all parts and labor as well. He even referred me to a dry wall guy.
Pro Tip: if your tub is attached to the floor and the wall, you're gonna need a dry wall guy.

I'm sitting watching TV and my wife starts yelling and screaming that there is water and poo coming up from a downstairs bathroom while she was doing laundry. That's right people, poo water coming out the bathroom and into the hall, good times! Wife called these guys and they handled it. Ron was one of the guys who came out and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and left the area where he was working very clean. Very happy with the services provided.

Recently my Mom had a water heater that was leaking in her garage. I told her that i would find a plumber to come and fix it. The problem being, I live in Arkansas and travel for my job. I hit the Yellow Pages and found James LeCourt Plumbing.
I called and spoke to Jim and explained what had happened, and my situation. He told me that he would dispatch a plumber to my Moms as soon as he could and would call me back with an estimate for the work. I assumed that they would be unable until later that day. Wrong!! My Mom called me about 45 minutes after I spoke to Jim. The plumber was at the gate to her community.
The plumber arrived at her house and immediately began assesing the situation. He explained, in detail, what the problem was and what was going to be required to fix it. My Mom called me, and I told her to go ahead and approve the repairs. With water all over the garage, what else are you going to do? The plumber did not have a water heater with him and advised her that he would need to get one then would complete the repairs. Again, I figured this would take some time to do. And again, I was wrong!
He left the house and returned in less than two hours. The middle of the day in Irvine, I thought that was pretty good time! The work was completed within two hours, including clean up.
I can't express enough how happy I am with James LeCourt Plumbing. Living so far away from my Mom its hard to find trustworthy businesses to do work for her. Very professional group. I was kept in the loop during the whole process. Really made me feel at ease. One more thing, the cost was under the initial estimate.
Great Job!! Thank you!!

Biggest bunch of liars. I would not recommend them because they will do anything to rack up your bill without telling you additional costs. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Let's just start off that we had a leak in our condo complex and our HOA referred them. After talking with my HOA they will no longer be using their company to do any work in our complex. The plumber said he would be here by 5:00 and shows up at 7:00. Kept us waiting for 2 hours and they had the nerve to charge us for his travel time. The plumber insisted that he come today and could not come at a later date because he was under the impression that it was an emergency. Even though I stated multiple times that it was not and asked if he could come next week when I had the week off. Of course he said no he has to come today because it is the only time that aligned with my neighbor, who's condo he had to check as well. After I spoke with her she even stated that she would prefer them to come in a week rather than that day.
When he does finally show up he spends a whopping 23 minutes in our place. He cuts a huge hole in our ceiling and the only tool he used other than a knife to cut a whole in our ceiling was a flashlight. He touched the ceiling and moved his flash light around and said I do not see a leak, let me go upstairs and run the washer and AC. He comes back down and moves the light around a few more times and says there is no active leak. During this whole process we consistently asked him if the pipes he was looking at were common pipes. We asked 6 times and each time he said yes. Then to our surprise when we get the report from the HOA he states that none of them were commons pipes, but home owner pipes.
We get our bill and it is a whopping 260 dollars for 23 minutes of ""work."" We had to pay for his travel time and not to mention the time he also go lost finding our place because he could not read. They charged us 187 an hour (that is more than what a doctor makes) and then charged me another $80 for his travel time. They also charged us the overtime rate, which they failed to mention. Now I know why the plumber insisted on coming after 5 so he could make his overtime rate.
We refuse to pay the bill and look forward to seeing them in claims court. These plumbers are a bunch of scam artists. Go somewhere else because they will find anyway to charge you for the littlest thing.
This family owned business is owned by a bunch of dirt bags and do not give them your business. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Very unprofessional. Did a sloppy job with unnecessary cuts in the dry wall. Would never use them again.

Zero review for this unprofessional, liars and rude people. From their office receptionist named Cindy to their plumber, who is lazy and rude, clearly these people doesn't care for bad reviews. I'm never calling them. I rather give the business to people who deserves to work and get paid. I don't know what kind of businessman this Jimmy LeCourt Jr. is

Such a shame.
My family just bought a house and needed some minor plumbing work done. Basically, installing ball valves on exterior hose bibs, laundry water feeds, and refrigerator ice maker water feed as well as hooking up gas drier (I don't mess with water/gas/electricity).
Referred to James Lecourt Plumbing from a friend of our real estate agent.
Contacted Mr. LeCourt....responded with proposal (sight unseen)....booked appt 2 weeks out (all they had).
Looked up recommended hardware....looks good except which end fitting (sweat/brazed or threaded)?....could be a big deal due to potential sheet rock impact.
Discussed w. owner...emailed pictures. Assumed he ordered correct hardware.
Day prior to appt.....get call, plumbers sick (sounds plausible), need reschedule....ok...another 2 weeks out.
2 weeks later day before appt....call to verify...everything is a go.
Appt. day: plumber shows up right on time...nice....BUT no hardware. Was told could not find the hardware/owner out of town...not good though he did hook up the gas dryer. NOTE: guy was nice. He took additional pictures (basically same ones I sent earlier).
Call up after owner returned and queried what happened. He said the stuff was there??????? OK, he was going to investigate and get back to me.
Wait a few days...no call. I call and ask what's going on. He told me again he would call back...I wait a few days...no call. I call again, now all I get is the receptionist. Happens again. That's it, I'm done:-(
Obviously, they must have so much work that they feel they can string new customers along. Too bad the owner doesn't realize (like my referred electrician does) that once you provide decent service to a newly purchased house, you're in for the life of the house.
Shame as I had a ton of work to be done in the future (outside sink, outside shower, and the big ticket water softener).
My take....Do not waste your time with this second rate outfit that doesn't care about the homeowner.

Just called for an appointment. I have used this company many times in the past for plumbing/air related issues. I liked using them because they are a local company and a rep actually parks his truck in the neighboring community. Today I was blown away by the reply from the person making appointments. After explaining my problem and mentioning that he fixed it last year - just a plugged drain in attic/furnace/air area that leaked from ceiling - should be a quick fix. She proceeded to tell me that it would b 3 weeks before he could come out because they needed to send their guy that specializes in plumbing/air. I just referred my neighbor to them Friday for a similar problem and they were out that day. If I was the owner of this company and my rep told a prospective, money paying client that I would want to know!!!! Not very good customer service - you think?!?!?! Probably won't be using this company again...
