Recommended Customer Reviews

As a property manager I have dealt with numerous plumbing companies in the area and this is probably one of the worst ones that overcharges you for doing absolutely nothing.
We had an unfortunate incident where we had a master bathroom water leak, where the emergency HoA line was called and they were the designated plumbing company. They came out, found out that ""shower valve running out of tub sprout, letting water leak back into the wall and into the downstairs dining room ceiling."" The invoice we got literally said this and the following:
2) Advise that this is homeowner responsibility
3) Would contact homeowner
Bill: $225.00
$225 for doing nothing. Really?
After disputing this charge with the HoA (which is notorious, by the way), it was down to $188.
Why would we pay $188 for a company to come and and simply tell us what the issue is without actually fixing it? If they actually did some work and repaired it, sure. But they should NOT be charging that amount for simply driving here, spend 30min looking around, and leave.
Another incident happened where a downstairs neighbor reported that there was leaking from their garage. They entered our unit without trying to contact us beforehand, walked around and into our master bathroom, saw toilet having a mild leak, switched the water off, then charged us $375.
Not sure why the HoA would even use them.

Had repairs made to the the Hot and Cold water valves for the washing machine and Mike Huanusto was fantastic. Mike did a great job fixing everything and was very neat handling everything with care. Mike had a great personality with a great attitude for the job. Great work Mike, it was a great pleasure meeting you.

I've never had an issue with these guys. We submit a work order and we have someone out, usually the same day. They are professional and knowledgeable and take care of what needs to be taken care of. They don't sit around and make small talk because they usually have another call to get to.

James Le Court plumbing is a rip off. $265.00 charged for service call and to perform water pressure reading.

Horrible and rude service. As many others have said they over charge for terrible work. Our HOA company will not be using these scumbags in the future.

I had a 9AM appt and they never showed up. When I called the office (two times), the first time, I was told he would be here in 10-15 min. I called again at 9:30AM and spoke to AUSTIN and the owner and they were both so rude I was a little taken back. I am surprised my HOA uses this company who treats the homeowners that bad.

Fantastic plumber! Always professional and courteous. Had a blocked drain this week and they accommodated me late in the day. Great company!

Worst plumber ever.
5 days no water.
Excuses excuses excuses.
Lies about turning in proposal to HOA.
Lies about receiving approval.
Does not give ETA.
Threatened to give bad review on yelp and Better Business Bureau, and James wanted to have a fist fight. Real professional.
I offered to have him meet me at my MMA gym so he could sign liability papers and he chickened out. Non-professional, bad temperament.
I'll get my lawyer involved. Filing letter of intent today.

James LeCourt Plumbing always does outstanding work. Each plumber they send to my home is confident and competent about the work they do. Robert fixed this incident of leaking water pipes in the walls of my condo. That is not an easy fix, and he managed to keep me from feeling anxious about the situation at the same time. I'm honestly thankful to do business with everyone associated with such a professional company. Over the years, I've found that they know what they are doing, and they always do it quickly and efficiently.
Thanks James LeCourt!

I've been an HOA manager for over 15 years & business owner for almost 10 & have had my fair share of working with many different vendors. Without a doubt, I can honestly say James LeCourt Plumbing is exceptional on all levels. Always responsive, always do a great job, always leave my job sites clean & the customers happy. Plumbing emergencies especially in your home heighten everyone's emotions, which can make the job that much more difficult, but when you have a great vendor like LeCourt, the emergency is much easier to go through! Highly recommend!!
