Kimba L.Pipe broke outside in my patio that caused a water leak in the patio. The HOA referred this company and I'm very satisfied. Matt came and he was quick and friendly.
D N.I had my 3rd slab leak, in as many years, the night before thanksgiving. Jimmy called me and said he'd have a plumber out within 90 minutes to do a slab leak detection. I told him that all i needed was a new shut off installed so that I can turn the water off and on as needed. There was no need to keep a guy working on a slab leak the day before thanksgiving. The plumber showed up and cut in a new ball valve in a bout 2 hours. The experience was good except their guys don't wear uniforms. Professional work. Unprofessional appearance.
Huge thanks to Carl and his helper Jairo for coming to our rescue and doing a fantastic job!! Our condo had some root intrusion and a rusted cast iron line, and Carl was able to solve the problem efficiently and effectively, while taking care to minimize the amount of restoration needed. He really knows his business and is a first rate professional in every way. He's the first one to call if you ever have a plumbing issue. Thanks Carl!!!
Zach S.Disclaimer: I've never had work done by them. However I am giving them a 1 star review due to a neighbor of mine requesting their service and this company let themselves in my laundry room unannounced and without permission. If I cared enough or had the time I'd report them for trespassing. This also will be why I'd never request their service.
I woud not use James LeCourt Plumbing again because after I paid them to fix my toilet, they left me with a toilet that did not refill with water, but would not come back to finish the repair unless I paid them another $125 for the visit.

LH2133 T.Upper unit condo. Leaks caused damage to the garage below. Carl quickly pinpointed it was our toilet wax ring that needed replacement. He worked efficiently to fix the problem and was nice enough to point out other things that should be looked at. Austin- phone guy, nice guy once he knows who he is talking with! i bet he gets inundated with calls
So- it seems Carl forgot to seal my toilet base and I left them an email. The owner called first thing in the morning and got DANNY out in 30 minutes to us. He was SOOOO NICE and just did a WONDERFUL, professional job sealing the base. He liked my dog, so that's always a plus!
I'd highly recommend this company! Price was fair but they do the job right, you always get what you pay for!!! Do cheap, you will regret it, as was the case with the previous owners who replaced the toilet in our home
Randie G.I hope this is the last time I ever have to use James LeCourt Plumbing. I was forced to use them by my HOA, which only authorizes LeCourt to shut off the hot water in my community.
Fortunately, I'm selling my condo and won't be forced to use them again.
I'm so angry right now because I called them last night after I had new countertops and a sink installed. The countertop guy found a leak under the sink. The angle stop was broke and hot water was streaming out of the tube. He placed the tube into the pipe that goes out the drain, but I felt uncomfortable leaving it.
What if the upstairs neighbors dropped something heavy and the tube came out of the pipe and water started pouring on the floor? Or what if there was an earthquake? Since I don't live there anymore, there's no way I could check it. And, I just spent $4,000 on new laminate floors that I didn't want to get ruined.
So I called LeCourt Plumbing. It was 7 p.m. and they said they would have to charge $325-$400 for an emergency call. I knew that was expensive but I was worried about my new floors so I said okay. Well, when the plumber got there he said he couldn't make the repair. He said if he turned off the hot water the other neighbors would get furious. He can only turn off the hot water between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. when most people are at work - unless it's an emergency. And this wasn't an emergency.
So he tucked the tube into the pipe tightly and said it would be fine until the morning. I was okay with that until he told me that he still need to charge me $325 for an emergency call, even though he didn't do any work.
Unbelievable! I was able to speak to the manager the next day and he lowered the emergency call to $225 but still - what a waste of money! Plus, they charged me $175 to change two angel stops when I only needed to have one replaced.
Bottom line - they charged me $400 for an $85 job.
Don't use them - they are WAY, WAY, WAY too expensive.
Josh H.I called twice to schedule an appointment recently. Both times I was told someone would call me back to schedule service and nobody ever contacted me. It's disappointing because I used James LeCourt Plumbing several times over the last 10 years and I thought they did good work. It must be nice that they have so much business now that they don't have to respond to customers. I'm moving on.
Jay R.Their drivers cause traffic accidents while talking on their cell phones and then brag that their truck was not damaged.
Jeff S.Basics - Plumbing leak, exterior stucco wall, adjoining condo. HOA approved work order for LeCourt Plumbing to come out. Service Rep cut a 1'x1' section of the stucco and diagnosed a slab leak (all in about one hour according to my renter) - cost by LeCourt was $325. LeCourt then submitted estimate an of $2250 (not including the $325 for the looky-look) to repair which prompted me to get more estimates. Called a good friend who had a couple water issues and he said to give I Got Plumbing a call. Abraham from I Got Plumbing came out to the condo the next day and provided me an estimate that was 55% less ($1450)! Moral of the review - Contact I Got Plumbing in Mission Viejo. Two side notes - Jim LeCourt Jr is a nice guy and Expressions HOA is a nightmare to deal with (still the estimate was ridiculous). Secondly, Austin, a Customer Service person for LeCourt Plumbing needs some serious Customer service lessons. Impolite and lacks total compassion for the situation.
