I highly recommend using Shotwell Plumbing for any plumbing needs! They were extremely responsive, coming over to evaluate and fix our problem all within the same day of my initial call! They were also very professional, explaining clearly everything that needed to be repaired and how my household can manage the upkeep when they leave to prevent future problems. I hope that we don't have many plumbing problems in the future, but if we do, I will have peace of mind calling Shotwell Plumbing!

The new owner (Rob, took over from his father-in-law) has done plumbing projects for us on multiple properties for a couple years now. He's reliable, professional and works hard to 'make it right'. So challenging to find that work ethic these days. I've worked with a lot of plumbers over the years and I've learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. I'll use them again and again.

This guy charged me more than $700 for a roto-rooter job!! First, a guy came out to the house and messed around for quite a while, disappearing at times for 10 to 20 minutes to ""check the sewer system nearby"". Then he waited around for maybe an hour doing nothing until his boss showed up! When the boss came, he had about 5 guys with him, and they all stood around while one or two of them did the work. When the bill came, I almost fainted. I had expect it to be $100, or maybe $200 because of some difficult blockage perhaps, something like that. BUT $700?? This guy must have charged me for every single moment of every single guy who happened to be in the neighborhood doing a whole lot of NOTHING!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM SHOTWELL PLUMBING!!!!
