I. Called Jim After reading only positive reviews. It's always a bit nerve wracking needing help when I do t know anything g about fixing things. Like plumbing. Jim was extremely professional and fixed thy problem. He also showed me how he fixed it. I have a 2nd bathroom so I really appreciated this info. Jim was on time each time and got the job done quickly. I will always recommend Jim for any plumbing issue. He's the best!

Had a frozen pipe in a buried, inside wall, affecting my upstairs bath and sink. Couldn't thaw it by heating it repeatedly on both ends. Found James here, and gave him a call. He was nearby and got here within an hour. connected the pipe to his low voltage, high wattage electrical thingy and it was free in about a minute. He really knew what he was doing. Reasonably priced for emergency service. Good guy too.

James explains everything he is doing, and offers advise on preventative steps to take. He doesn't overcharge, and is also a pleasure to deal with. We were so lucky to have found McManus Plumbing. We had a HUGE problem when the water heater went - during Thanksgiving. Per our request, he came out first thing in the morning and assessed the problem. Everything was fixed/replaced by 1pm that day. We were so grateful to have such quality service with such great turnaround. We will definitely be using him in the future!

This guy is the real deal. No nonsense, highly accountable and impeccable finishing. I had a boiler breakdown this winter and just before we were to leave for a family vacation. He worked till 4am in the night and replaced with the wall mounted unit that works X times better! Very professional in providing the options, getting the equipment or replacement parts super quick and arriving on time. I thought he's fairly priced and upfront tells me with candor the available options. One of the best finds of a lifetime, atleast for us. Hopefully the next winter treats us better!
