Had a non emergency plumbing issue, so I decided to stay local small business with it. Estimated to arrive between 9-10 am, ended up coming at 3:00 pm. No big deal, no emergency. The tech that came was super nice and professional. That part I give 5 stars. However, after poking around for an hour and calling another colleague for help, they were not able to diagnose my clog issue without ""taking apart the walls"", nor offered a feasible resolution. Still was charged a ridiculous service/labor fee. Also the van that the tech was driving left 3 large oil spots in my driveway. Response from the office when I called later to let them know about the oil spots from their van was ok thanks. No apology. Wow.

I wouldn't recommend calling them unless you want to get screwed. They were called for a clogged toilet on a Sunday and was charged $700 to snake the toilet with a hand held toilet auger. A weekend usually means you will pay extra but $700 for 1 hour is ridiculous. Taking advantage of a 90 year old couple should be criminal.

Awful customer service on the part of the technicians. The owner needs to know his employees shout at people on the phone and hang up on them. And incessant inappropriate texts. Just terrible to deal with.

Saturday morning on Thanksgiving weekend we had a sewer backup. After calling many plumbers they were the only ones to respond. Shane came out within a couple of hours, within 5 min. of the estimated time. He was cheery and went right to work. Wonderful to deal with, and a good price for a holiday weekend. Will be using them from now on.

Was given a quote $155 to replace a bathroom sink faucet. Plumber came out and said it was complicated as it had to be hooked up underneath the sink. Well duh how else do you attach the parts. I've never seen a faucet with the parts other than the spout and hot and cold handles mounted anywhere else. So he said because it was sooo complicated that it would cost $295. I told him to forget it. What an attempt of a rip off.

Jim and his crew are great. They have done all of the work in our house since we bought it in 2003. They've installed a hot water tank, replaces frozen shut-offs, repaired or replaced faucets, and they always do a great job. Very timely and dependable. Even came out on a Saturday due to their hectic schedule, but did not charge overtime. Call them, you will not be disappointed.

We contacted them for a furnace issue. First issue is that he came in with a bucket full of tools and poured them right out on my wooden floor with no regard as to how they came out of the bucket and how hard the tools hit the floor. Then he informed us that the main gas valve had to be changed due to the gas not coming out where it was supposed to be. This was the only issue that he informed me of prior to beginning the work. It took him 2 days to replace the valve. He went on to do some other stuff to the furnace I'm not sure what it was but on the invoice it said, ""1 pkg denatured vent (not sure of the other word), 1 pilot assembly lovitice and 1 thermo couple thread sealant leak detector. All of which I was charged for and none of which it was informed of prior to the work being done. All these was approximately $700.

I should have checked on his work prior to paying him and him leaving because when we opened the door to the furnace we noticed he left a lot of garbage inside the furnace like plastic wrappers, etc. He also did not clean up after himself and left a lot of dirt and garbage on my floor.

I recommend if using this company you pay close attention to his work and make sure he's not as sloppy as he got away with in my home. Despite those issues, my furnace is working well.
