J. J. Is always so helpful. We have had him out for at least 6-7 jobs. He's fixed leaks, replaced water heaters, installed sinks, and redesigned our shower. I highly recommend this business.

If you work for a business and have an 800 number, do not call this man. If I could give him NEGATIVE STARS, I would. He answered the phone and was SO RUDE for absolutely no reason. After he realized I was calling from an actual company that needed help with a leaky faucet he tried apologizing for being so rude and mentioned he thought I was a solicitor. Even if I was a solicitor, answering your phone like that from your ""company"" phone number is not a good look for your business and I am glad I did not have him come out to look at the faucet with his rude attitude. There are plenty of plumbers in the area who will answer the phone PROFESSIONALLY and probably do a better job. I would not waste your time dealing with this man.

Stay away from this plumber. Extremely rude, and unreliable.
Even though he was assigned by my home warranty, and was being paid, he wanted to charge me double :-(. Just stay away, and deal with decent, honest and capable plumbers.

He came to my house with no mask on stayed 5 min told ME to order the part and then he would fix it. Charged me $65 for doing nothing and then said it would be $80 more to put part in that I had to buy. Hell it's cheaper to buy a new toilet. He NEVER said there was a charge for coming to house. He's a ripoff! Instead of making $65 an hour he make $65 per every 5 min. Do not give him your business!

These guys were recommended by a few people on NextDoor App. We had issues with the water heater not lighting and were out of hot water. So we called them. Many other companies wouldn't even give an estimate without coming out (and wanted us to pay for an estimate not knowing cost of repair at all). These guys were so much better! They gave us a reasonable estimate (others were so much more expensive and sounded like they were just pulling a con job) and were on time for our appointment, first thing Monday morning! The tech said he could fix the problem for a lot less but the heater was 9 years old so we decided to replace it completely. He was honest and quick. It was so nice to know we have a company we can count on for fast, reliable and friendly service! Thank you!!

JJ is the nicest and very professional. He gave us a quote over the phone and never once tried to raise it. I thought it might be more with tax, but it was all included in the price. Awesome job and I have him coming back next month for more projects.

BEST PLUMBER EVER!!!! I had a tiny leak in my yard for over a year. It was increasingly causing issues. I had a leak detection company come out and they could not find it...a complete waste of time and money. Oh but they could re-pipe the main for thousands of $$$.

He found the leak quite quickly and gave me an estimate that seemed to good to be true. He worked tirelessly in hot and humid conditions having to overcome challenges when digging , including MASS AMOUNTS OF DEEP WATER, HUGE ROOTS, old cut and discarded pipes and ""make-shift"" patches from the prior owner. After the repair was made, he safely contained the hole, allowing it to thoroughly dry. He returned first thing the next day to fill in the hole, rake all the rocks back into place and clean up thoroughly. A PERFECT JOB AT A PERFECT PRICE. In all my years of dealing with plumbers, J.J. Marx is the most knowledgeable, experienced, professional, licensed and reasonably priced I have ever met. Plus he is a really nice man !! He will forevermore be my ""go to"" guy. I GUARANTY THIS WILL BE THE BEST PLUMBING REFERRAL YOU WILL EVER NEED.

I hired Marx Plumbing to replace and haul away an old 80 gallon water heater in a 4 unit rental property I manage. The cost was very reasonable for the new more efficient model they recommended. James and his team showed up on time, were quick and efficient having to turn off the water for just a short period of time minimizing the inconvenience to the renters.
