I not only find James French Mechanical amazing but he is really quick to respond. My AC quit one day and he was out within the hour and it was a really hot day in the summer of 2022. He found what was wrong and fixed it right away. I had a question later that same day and he responded to my call immediately. Just had him install a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet, and bathroom shower handle. I also had him respond to a rental for AC being out and he was there the next day and fixed it. I highly recommend him.

Our air condition unit went out on the hottest weekend of the year and the company we normally use could not come out until next week. I saw James's company was recommended, gave him a call and he came out the next day. Within an hour he had my system back up and running! His service and knowledge is Amazing!! We're now switching to James French Mechanical for all our A/C and heating needs!

I've worked with James and Zach a few times now, on a recommendation from a friend. Let me tell you, these guys are amazing. Honest work and a reasonable prices. They were able to work around my schedule and did a wonderful job.

I had a tankless water heater installed by someone else and it was installed completely wrong. James and Zach were able to repair the bad install! No more leaks, water pressure is back to normal and the install looks much cleaner!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, but instead I'll give them more business. I highly recommend them!

They've done a number of different jobs for us, both large and small, and we've always been extremely happy with their work. James and Zach always arrive on time, are exceptionally likable & professional, and we feel very comfortable having them in our home. Their knowledge and experience are evident, and they do an outstanding job at a fair price. Lisa in the office is wonderful to work with, as well. They have a customer for life here and we can't recommend them highly enough. Don't hesitate to call, as you won't be disappointed!

Excellent service!!! James and his employee did such a great job installing a brand new HVAC system in my house. There were a couple challenges with pipes and wires and they figured out the solutions on the spot and we are very happy with their service! Friendly, polite, professional and clean!! They even left their workspace clean, which doesn't happen all the time. Prices were very competitive. Highly recommend using James and his crew!!
