Excellent service!!! James and his employee did such a great job installing a brand new HVAC system in my house. There were a couple challenges with pipes and wires and they figured out the solutions on the spot and we are very happy with their service! Friendly, polite, professional and clean!! They even left their workspace clean, which doesn't happen all the time. Prices were very competitive. Highly recommend using James and his crew!!

I was referred to James French through friends that were happy with his service. My parents a/c went out and I called James early the next morning. He responded right away and went to my parents house soon after. He was able to get the part needed to repair their a/c and got it running within a few hours. Called James French on Friday and he came out on Saturday to replace my heating and air thermostat. He had to go pick up the thermostat, came back and installed it and programmed it for me. While he was here he also replaced my heater filter. Did a great job and was more than reasonable. He also does plumbing. Nice to have a local to call on.

James installed new venting in our attic for one-third the price we were quoted by another company. Now we are warm and snug in ALL of our rooms in our home. Additionally, when my daughter had an issue with her water heater that same day, he volunteered to go over and light the pilot for her at no charge. He made subsequent repairs to her heater at a very reasonable rate, and when the it finally broke down completely, he replaced it the next day for the lowest price. For great customer service at the most reasonable price with a quick response time, James French Mechanical is the way to go!!!
