He came to give me an estimate, my water heater was 45 year's old and had more issues then at first sight, he came back with a replacement the next day and did a great job. I cked with 3 previous installers , but I felt the experience and Trust with James. I found my next plumber and he is reasonably priced. Since my initial experience with James Cooper Plumbing I have needed additional help with plumbing issues. I called James Cooper again. Was happy to find the same high quality of workmanship.

I had a clogged sewer line and needed a new faucet in the kitchen. I also had a new water line installed to my refrigerator ice maker.

This company continues to use high quality materials plus they do not waste time getting the job done. They maintain integrity with materials they use so it will last.

One other feature of this company is that they don't push trying to sell you items you don't need.

Very Pleased with Mr. Cooper, he did not provide a quote right away. He wanted to personally come out with no strings attached to see the job for himself. I wanted to replace a 31 year old water heater before it died on me. James came out, provided a reasonable quote and went on his way. After thinking about his quote and of course researching other plumbers I decided to go with James. He scheduled the job quickly and the service provided was outstanding. I previously had a 40 gallon tank I upgraded to a 50 gallon commercial grade AO Smith water heater. The job was professionally done & the price didnt change. I am a satisfied customer! I definitely recommend Mr. Cooper, he's personable, & won't push anything you dont need. The man does what he says he'll do.
