Joseph is A STAR, a gift, a Godsend! Our microwave broke about a year ago and has slowly been falling apart piece by piece onto the stove (no one listened when I asked them to stop using it). I called SEVERAL handymen and they either no showed or just ignored my calls/texts. We are anticipating guests this weekend and I didn't want a junky microwave to ruin the ambiance. Enter YELP! I found Joseph and explained my situation. He offered to come at 0730 the NEXT DAY though he was very busy, to accommodate our time crunch. We also had a broken drawer (previous owners left us with a large project of failed DIYs in lots of places) and he fixed that too! All for a very fair price and went above and beyond our expectations. We have plenty more to do in our home and I'm SO THANKFUL I found someone to help. Thank you, Joseph!

We found ourselves a life partner, our new handy man Joseph. We began looking for a handy man on Yelp to help with some new projects on the house. We sent a few quote request and Joseph responded. I had a very good feeling about Joseph, when we communicated he was kind, professional and trustworthy. When we met Jospeh we couldn't be happier. Besides Joseph's genuine nature, Joseph quoted us great prices. When he executed the projects we were so impressed by the quality of his work. He was detail oriented, listen to our needs, and excellent workmanship. I can't say enough great things about Joseph. Highly recommend him however don't steal him from us! :)

I really liked Jam the handyman. Joseph was able to come out the very same day and took care of jobs that I had thought I'd have to hire 3 different types of workers. He did plumbing on a toilet where the water stopped filling yesterday. Didn't expect to get it fixed this quick. He did caulking, fixed a window that wasn't closing properly, and patched drywall in my garage. He's also going to fix some retractable screen doors. He's checking into it and we are both hoping to rescreen them so I don't have to buy the whole door. My cats made their own kitty door. ? He listened to my concern about the size of the screen gauge. There are biting mosquito type gnats called ""no see ums"" that can fit through regular sized screen doors. So you need a screen that is 20 by 20 or 30 by 30. The higher the number means a tighter weave. The regular 15 by 15 isn't good enough to keep out ""no see ums."" I got bit up last summer probably from living near a lake. He showed me the receipts for each thing he bought and even deducted one that he had to return. Gave an estimate up front for labor and another for materials. We discussed other projects that he took measurements for. He was very reasonably priced. He's taking new customers. He's new at being a handyman and looking for new customers but not new to knowing what he's doing.
