Deryck helped us out this week at my grandma's house. Some time ago, a fallen tree branch punched a small hole in the roof causing a leak which resulted in some roof decking becoming rotten. Deryck replaced the plywood decking and fixed it up good as new. He sent me photos so I could see the work, since I wasn't able to be there to inspect it myself and granny isn't getting on the roof anytime son!

I received a couple other estimates and Deryck's not only was the best but he was fast and good to work with. I was so happy to have that fixed before the next storm. Thank you and all the best and happy 2021 to you. We will be hiring you again...

We've used this business a couple of times. He installed two toilets that we had purchased. He also replaced the bathroom fixtures in both bathrooms.
Both times he was very courteous and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. His estimates were reasonable and he contacted us if he was running late. He seems to stay pretty busy but I will definitely call Dereyck in the future.

I called several plumbing companies to install a kitchen faucet with only the one hole...very simple. Some of the bids I received were outrageous. One was $185. I received 5 bids and Deryck came in the lowest at $75. His reviews were excellent so I went with him. I am so glad I did. He installed the faucet and it's perfect. I also had him fix some missing quarter round pieces around my downstairs hard wood floors that my dog had pulled off and chewed up when she was a puppy. Needless to say, his work is excellent, he is professional, kind, and extremely reasonable. He did all the work in one day (on a Sunday no less) and was kind enough to nail in all the quarter round that was still there so it would all stay put in the event my dog felt the need to pull one up again. $200 for all of it. Where do I sign up? That includes materials and labor for both jobs. If I ever need someone to do some handy work around the house, Deryck will be the first person I call. I highly recommend him. 5 stars. You won't be disappointed.

Mr. Francis is very prompt, punctual and polite. He gave me an upfront estimate even though I added a few other things we needed done.
He showed up on time, wore protective gloves and mask along with removing his shoes when entering. he did very fine work at a very fair price. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a handyman and will use him the next time we have any issues.

Deryck is the best person to get for your repairs in Texas. I am out of the country and I needed to find someone I can trust 100% while going to my house and doing the repairs. He is the most reliable, trustable person you can hire. Deryck was sending pictures everyday before and after. and respect the delays of delivering, and we are in the middle of Covid 19 crisis!

Jam-Rock Handyman did a great job installing my doggie door. He was very quick to give me a quote and his timeline was great.
He worked very quickly and cleaned everything up and had my door back to the way it looked before he started.

Had Jamrock help with kitchen remodel. They did the reconnect of all my appliances, did my tile backsplash and replaced my back door. Mr. D. Was very flexible, he worked around the other contractors and best of all did an amazing job! Even helped to clean up some of the work of the other contractors on site. We've had an old, rusted mailbox for 3 years (don't judge me), but with the listing of our house and the fact that it kept falling off the post, it was really time to get it replaced. Deryck came by and fixed the new mailbox on in less than 24 hours! Very happy with using Yelp, his responsiveness, and job well done.
