Jake may be a good plumber but some of his employees need a attitude adjustment, the one on !35 Saturday the one that was speeding and flipping everyone off that did not get out of his way lost Jake quite a few customers !! me being one of them !!

Not a good company, slow, can get it done cheaper and faster elsewhere. Be sure to call around. He will lie to you about how long it will take and try to give you a story to why he has bad reviews on yelp and Google. Definitely worth checking out different companies

I started using Jake about a year ago. I live in an old house and something goes wrong pretty often. I've used many plumbers but after I tried Jake I won't use anyone else. He is quick to come to you, does quality work, very reasonable on his prices, so nice and courteous, he cleans up after
himself. I don't think you could ask for more.

We came home to a flooding bathroom and nauseating sewer water quickly traveling towards our master bedroom. We called Jake's Plumbing, after hours, and he was ringing our door bell before we could even start mopping up the water! He quickly discovered we had a clogged sewer line and someone had poured concrete on the area we needed to unscrew to flush our system. He had the concrete broken up, and system back in order within 30 minutes! His cost was very reasonable and the amount of money, insurance dealings, and time we saved avoiding all that water damage is priceless.
He is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. We are so thankful and will use Jake's Plumbing from now on. Its hard to find a trustworthy business, but the reviews on this page speak for themselves. You wont regret calling them.

We had a water line leak that flooded the carpet in our bedroom hall on New Years weekend.
Our plumber retired last year. So I called my new list of plumbers and they were all booked.
Jake was booked, but he rearranged his schedule and came first thing the next morning.
They rerouted the leaking pipe through the hall cabinets. They finished within a few hours.
He has great communication skills and did excellent work for us!

We were very pleased and highly recommend Jake's Plumbing!!!

I had called to schedule an estimate and begin work promptly on a home I am remodeling for my 66 year old uncle. I spoke with this company and they said they could come out the next day. Since this is a time sensitive project that needs completion pronto due to a new purchasing contract I wanted to move forward ASAP as I couldn't lay tiles until some plumbing was completed. I was asked to send the address and my info via text and they said they would give me a set time the following day or at least 30 minutes notice before arrival with an estimation of ""around nine"". Instead of bothering to get back to me; I had to reach out to them not once; BUT FOUR TIMES. Rather than respond or get back to me; my messages all went ignored. By noon I quickly realized this place had ZERO INTENTION OF SHOWING UP OR EVEN CALLING TO BE RESPECTFUL OF CLIENTS/POTENTIAL CLIENTS......despite knowing that have large amounts of work available lol it's alright though I got a much better company to come out. They ACTUALLY SHOWED UP; with less notice and are already beginning work this morning. So in truth they probably did us a favor by failing to show up this early on. If you need a good RELIABLE COMPANY; Red Bud Plumbing is great! Green Lion is also wonderful!

I just recently bought a home and was struggling to find a plumber to come out and take a look at my sink and pipes that connected to my washroom that was gargling when you run the water, not to mention I couldn't use the washer due to the water sitting in the pipes. I called Jake and he had Brendon out within a few hours. Brendon was efficient and very knowledgably. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Woke up Sunday morning to water running behind the wall in my house, never a good feeling! Knocked the drywall out and discovered that when the remodelers nailed in the trim they hit the copper pipe with nails causing the leak. Had to turn the water off at the street until this could be fixed. I called about 10 plumbers and most weren't available for up to a week. Called Jake's and got put on the list for the day, had a plumber out here at about 2pm and the leak fixed by 4.30. It was a little more than I was expecting to pay, but worth every penny as the water is back on and I don't need to wait a week! Quality work and respectful of my home. Would definitely recommend!
