DONT CALL HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO JUST NOT SHOW UP AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT LONGER FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO COME OUT. I had a main drain back up and I called around 1pm. He said he had to go to Bridgeport and then once he was done he would come back to help me I live in New Haven. Called him again around 4pm he said he was still in Bridgeport. Ended up calling someone else around 6:30pm. They said they would be there within the hour and they were at my home within 45 minutes. I would not recommend this company to anybody he could of just told me he didn't have time or he wasn't interested instead he wanted my time and made me wait! What if I wasn't able to get someone else to come that quick? Would put zero stars if I could.

Called early morning for blocked mainline; said they were busy but would send people over ASAP; called back to give an actual time and came over; friendly, quick, clean, professional, and fast. Highly recommended.

Called this morning when they opened left message about the problem I was having. Actually called again around 2:30 left another message. It's now 5:30 still no phone call. But reading reviews here and other places about the this company this was always the complaint he never returns any calls. That's bad, especially he leaves his ads all around my town for what not to return phone calls.

About a month or so ago I used Jake the snake plumbing to come over and unclog my sink drain which had a slow drain but not completely clogged he showed up with another guy and worked on this 2 inch pipe slow drain for about an hour and a half and eventually got the job done. about a month later the slow drain clogged up again I called Jake back and told him that the drain was clogged again he was not very receptive to the idea that he should come over and recheck his work but gave me a hard time on the phone and eventually never showed up.
It's hard to do business with people that don't back up their work since this was a fairly new job I expected better but I was wrong and I'll be hard pressed to use Jake the snake again very poor service

If you have a drain problem these are the guys to call! They show up, they know what they are doing and more than reasonable rates. I've been using them over twenty years.

Ken was friendly and scheduled me for the next day. Ed showed up and went above and beyond the call of duty helping me chase down a backed up vent pipe.

Highly recommend these guys. They are thorough, professional, reasonably priced and ON TIME.
