Honest, genuine, personable and true professionals. Jake the Snake was recommended to us after two other services attempted a repair but were unsuccessful. Ken and Tony were very polite and extremely knowledgeable. Their equipment is well cared for and they know how to use it. They have a camera scope which helped them identify the issues and explain our situation. The previous companies I used did not have this but after seeing the way Jake the Snake worked I couldn't believe we ever hired anyone else. They truly cared about making sure our situation was resolved and they were here to do it right. I HIGHLY recommend Jake the Snake.

Clean, professional and reasonable. Jake was recommended by a friend. Gave them a call and Tony showed up. He was very professional, covered every floor between the entrance and the work area. Ran two lines, and when he left, there was absolutely no evidence that he was here. Clean as it was before. I'll be using them for normal maintenance from now on...

My main cleanout line was clogged. So i called these guys and they offered to come out the same day, but i opted for next day. They text 30 minutes prior to arrival and were dead smack in the middle of the service window that they set my appointment for.

Anyways, very nice guy who got to work right away. I had a severe block from tree roots that took quite a while but he managed to fix it just the same.
That being said it was very expensive. A lot of companies around town charge $99 any drain, with an extra $100 an hour. I paid $420 for 2 hours. Pretty astronomical. Has to be the highest around town. $210/hour to snake a drain with an auger. Though he did use a camera.

Quick easy company to deal with. But very expensive to the point that i won't be using them again and can't help but feel a bit had.

Tony with Jake the Snake drain cleaning cleared my drain line under my house 6/28/2019 which was draining slow. The rate quoted me was what I was charged when the job was finished. Tony was pleasant and very skilled and worked diligently in my cellar and at my clean outs in my yard all while it was 96 degrees outside. He also gave me some good insight on how to keep my drain line clearer in the future.

I had a sewer back up and they came within a few hours with no additional charge. They charged me a flat rate, stated up front, with very friendly service. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else again!

I had a kitchen drain stoppage that I couldn't reach with my DIY handyman snake. I tried several companies with high ratings and all were busy and couldn't get to me for one to three days. I tried Jake the Snake at about 9am and was told they could get to me late in the afternoon. I was wary, but getting desperate, so I said OK. In about an hour, Tony called me and said he was in the neighborhood and had an opening right away and asked if he could come. I said 'absolutely', and he arrived in about 10 minutes with a friendly smile and great attitude. I explained what I had tried and showed him where the clean-outs were, etc. and he got right to work, explaining what he was doing and giving me good tips on how to prevent backups as he was working. He got the blockage removed, then took the time to flush out the system and clean up after himself. Super professional. I was charged $115, which was about the cheapest anyone had quoted me. I highly recommend Jake the Snake, and especially Tony.

I wish I could give a better rating. While my problem was ultimately fixed (after they tried to reschedule me), the gentleman that came made an absolute mess of my home. Black stuff from the drain was all over my bathroom, my rugs, my towels, my walls, and my shower when he was done. He made no attempt to clean it. He moved my washer and dryer around, and did not replace them in their spot when he left. I spent the next 30 minutes cleaning and reorganizing. (see pictures below. Unfortunately I had already started cleaning before it hit me that I should be documenting the mess)

**(Ken, the owner/manager apologized and did offer to get the carpet cleaned. We ultimately just decided on a discount).
