Ruth is terrific on the phone and with troubleshooting our problems and scheduling Jake or one of his team as soon as possible. We always get more than one quote and have found Jake to be lower cost nearly every time with much better follow up and reliability than most others. Awesome, awesome company. Had a small leak in a challenging location to fix. We got a very honest assessment on the difficulty, and the repair was made flawlessly without having to touch anything else!
