Jaime is absolutely amazing - he always finds time for us when we call, acts professionally, performs quality work and is a great guy! We have utilized him for several issues - most recently a new, 50-gallon water heater. We texted him on Saturday, and it was installed on Tuesday (with haul away of the old). We are very happy customers and highly recommend him!

Bestbuy delivered my washer and dryer today but told me my hot/cold water faucet was too old and I needed a plumber so they left the appliances until it can be fixed. Jaime came out the same day and replaced the faucets and helped me install the washer too! Thank you!

There is no one better. Jaime always does great work and is always reasonable with his pricing. He goes above and beyond. I have had him at my house a few times and I never have a problem again. After he fixes everything he might not have work for being too good. Anyways Call Jaime he is the person for the job. Good, honest business is hard to find.

2018 Yelp 100 Challenge (97/100)

I felt our water heater's days were numbered because it was at least 16 years old. And after experiencing numerous water issues caused by my neighbors (my unit is the unfortunate low point so all water drains to my place :-|), I wanted it replaced & fast! We got a couple of quotes but weren't really satisfied with their standard water heaters. We were about to make an appointment for the weekend when we bumped into our neighbor who recommended Jaime Gonzalez Plumbing Services.

My husband called last Friday evening at 6:00, not realizing they're closed. He tried again today in the morning & got a same day appointment. WHAT!?! How convenient is that? =) With a known referral & fair quote by JGPS, I was happy to get this done quickly as we were in the process of ""fixing"" our utility room. Unfortunately, Jamie & his brother were an hour late; it cut close to the pick-up of our son where his daycare charges $1/minute after-hours. :-|

When they got here, they were friendly & respectful of our home. Respectful... how? Jaime was conscientious of their plumbing mess, which I appreciate, so there was no clean-up required by us in the utility room or water leaks/spills from draining the old water heater. The whole process from start to finish took about an hour, & JGPS also removed our old water heater. Their water heater of choice is Rheem (mid-range brand that's supposedly known for its durability & reliability), & this 40-gallon Classic series Professional model (with a 06/21/18 manufacture date) has a 6 year tank & 6 year parts limited warranty. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this Rheem water heater will be durable & reliable as its predecessor. :-)

Overall, it's a 4.5 star rating... if Jaime was on time, it would have been a 5 star stellar rating. For fast & friendly service, I highly recommend Jaime Gonzalez Plumbing Services for your plumbing needs.

I am so happy that I was referred to Jaime, he is honest, reasonable and reliable.
I have never had a complaint from him, he knows his stuff. Sometimes he can get so busy that it can take a while for him to come out but it is worth it.
