You could not find a worse plumbing company. They do not call you back they do not do the job properly, they do not do what you ask them to do karma their plumbing work constantly violates building code within the state of Florida you would have to be foolish to go with this company

All I needed was two new bathroom faucets. The faucets were put in OK, but a tool was dropped on my marble sink and vanity which cracked it. He said he would fix it, but now will not return my texts or phone calls. Very unprofessional and not trust worthy.

Rip off! Told me he repaired and reconnected 2 faucets, sent me bill, and I paid by Zelle. When I returned home, found he had disconnected the old faucet, left a mess and done nothing else! 3 weeks of excuses (van broke down, job needed parts, injured his arm, bad employee who left on vacation, broke his thumb, and finally had to do a major emergency at the airport) before he finally stopped returning calls or acknowledging my text messages. Job was easy - plumber I hired to complete it finished in 30 minutes. I paid him $185 for 3 weeks of delays and runarounds, and he intentionally lied and sent me a false invoice. Avoid at all costs!

Twice I have used Jaguar and both tines he showed up within just 10 minutes of the agreed time. Excellent! Very friendly. Did a quality job and I'm going to use him again if I need a good plumber. One caveat: They do NOT accept credit cards but you can pay via Zelle or CashApp.

They won't return phone calls, they will collect payment up front and make up excuses as to why they cannot finish the job and never return. If you value your time and hard earned money than please stay away!!!!!! This business is scamming people away from their money and patience. Do not hire them!!!!!!!

Jaguars Plumbing, Shawn, does not know any plumbing. I called him to fix a garbage disposal leaking thinking that he has 27 years of experience. He made leaks everywhere. He did not even return phone calls and text messages immediately after leaving my house. We did reach out to him by calling from another number and he promised to fix it next day. He did not take the phone calls from next number. I called another plumber to fix everything and he suggested to complain to Florida government office. I found his number from Craigslist and was trying to put an awareness there. I will do everything to make people aware of these type of people.

Best service I saw in my life. It was emergency - there was a heavy lick outside and the guy come very quick, it was 1 AM in the morning. The service was perfect and awsome and fair price.

your 7/24 is not happening! i called Friday evening around 8. he said he could be at my home 8236 Nussbaum dr. in between 12-2! stayed home all day , here it is 7 pm still NO SHOW OR CALL. STILL WITHOUT WATER. I am handicapped in a wheelchair. even texted him a message. called him at least 4 times! Think he cut his phone off - went straight to vm. so needless to say would not refer you to anyone. hopefully by Monday I will be able to get someone! your company name fits just right!
