Last year we moved in to our new home only to have our a/c go out on us two days later in the dead of summer. We had numerous estimates and jaguar, a recommendation from our Realestate agent, beat them all by almost half the cost. Joe installed a new furnace, a/c and a uv light. He also rerouted our pipes in the house since the location of them was not up to code and caused a health hazard. We recommended jaguar to our neighbor for a new furnace and they said jaguar also beat all their estimates by a landslide. Joe has provided excellent service and I've called him for numerous things over the past year such as a leaky dishwasher (was here within 15 minutes of me calling), a garbage disposal install and our annual furnace cleaning/inspection. Fast, friendly, affordable and dependable - would recommend!

Joe came to my house off hours and diagnosed my central air issue. The next day, the part was installed and fixed. He also helped me out with a sump pump issue I had a month ago. Prices of parts and labor were also well worth it. Thanks Joe. Highly recommend

Joe took shortcuts installing furnaces FOR two apartments I own in Rochester, NY in the living room to avoid running the duct work, and then fully acknowledged that this could cause up tp a 10 degree temperature differential when the bedroom door is closed. I also received a complaint from a female tenant that he used profanity while yelling at her and then tried to justify it when I confronted him about it.

Topping off this nightmare of Jaguar Plumbing, Joe requested final payment prior to passing final inspection as we asked if we had anymore work for him.
He was told he final payment is due upon completion of work which includes passing final inspection.
Joe went to the house the following day and removed two of the installed furnaces from the house. I was warned by two other people that he needs to be watched and now I know why.

Horrible backward install of system after a friend recommended them. They took the old unit out and the installer cut the system in backwards and had to reroute and black pipe, power and duct works to fix. I agreed to move forward with them finishing and he said he would give me a break on the install of the AC unit after they disconnected it.

$1200 for us to finish the work... a month later oh the part is more so 1800...oh wait I didn't include the parts so lets call it $2300. Never again Joe will I recommend you to anyone
