Hired Jeff to replace bathtub faucet. The handle fell off before he drove away. He came back in and said he put some caulk around the screw to hold it together. I told him that it would probably not hold as it is 43 years old and that was the reason that I called. I wanted a permanent fix not some quick half a-- job. It fell off when I turned on the water for a bath and I couldn't shut the water off. I called Jeff and he told me, a 77 year old women to fix it myself. I expect a refund of the $160. for not fixing anything but actually making it worse. I will make a complaint against his license.

My house built in the 80s my garage back patio and both bathroom was on one circuit.... I received a quote before Jeff through my home warranty First American the vendor they sent out. Once the quote came back the home warranty stated they would not cover it because of the amp wattage wasn't sufficient which didn't make sense. However, the vendor quote was let me say outrages they wanted to require and to do that they had to require, change out panel box, change all amp and gfis and open a wall which I had to have someone else come to fill in the opening. I contacted Jeff he came out I advised him of the work the first vendor stated and he said that was not necessary he fixed the issue right on the spot way far less than the home warranty vendor quote( price gauging).

Couldn't be happier with the work Jeff and Phoebe did. They ripped out a family room fireplace and were able to find and replace the flooring to cover the circle of flooring were the fireplace was. It was close to 100% perfect.

Jeff also replaced sunlight windows that were leaking. He sealed and painted and painted the ceiling.

Jaguar's prices were more than fair and Jeff was always here when he said he would be.

I already have him back for the next project!

We asked Jeff back to remodel our Master Bath and dressing area. It had quirky construction, but Jeff came up with some great solutions. He put in a door, so we could close off the area, put in canned lights on dimmers, installed a walk in shower, replaced the vanity and toilet, tiled the entire area, and installed a closet system. We are so happy!

Jeff helped me from the beginning with a long and complicated project to convert a garage into a bedroom. He helped from the beginning with advice on finding an architect and working with the city to get the final permits. He gave a very reasonable quote and was on time everyday to complete the project which took a fee weeks.
