We did not end up using Jafco for our project, but they were very responsive during the estimate process. They clearly explained what their plan was and where each of the costs were coming from. When there was a question, they called up an expert to make sure the plan was feasible. They were also competitively priced. Only reason we didn't move forward with Jafco was that we liked another company's plan more.

I called Jafco Plumbing and made an appointment for the next morning at 8:00 to clear a clogged kitchen drain. Texted my name, address and phone number and recieved a reply that he would see me at the appointed time. I waited until 9:30 and texted him to disregard because he hadn't shown up and had not called. His reply was, ""disregard what?""

Update: I recieved a phone call from Jafco with a sincere apology for the mixup. Apology accepted. Changed my review from one star to three.

We cannot say enough good things about Jafco! After months of having an unusable shower due to a cracked shower floor, we shopped around for quotes and were dreading the process of having to rip out an old shower and replace with a new one. But Jafco came along, explained the process, eased our concerns of a rather big/noisy project in a shared condominium building and scheduled our project promptly. All while being so flexible and accommodating to my crazy night shift/sleeping during the day schedule. Everyone from the customer service reps to the installation team was wonderful, so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. And our new shower is amazing! We will be using Jafco in the future for all our home plumping projects.

Incredibly helpful all around. Kudos to Patrick and Ron both! I had a water main nicked while a fence post was being dug late on a Friday afternoon. I called about 20 local plumbing companies for help. The first company I tried because they have advertised with some of my favorite football players over the years and I was Freakin'.

""Freakin"" sent two guys out that looked at pipe from above and said no one can fix this because of the type of pipe it was and then they walked to the truck to see if he could find a part to fix it ? He then returned a couple minutes later with a quote for $12,500 to run an entirely new water main to the street. I laughed as this was just a quick repair needed. He then had the nerve to ask me for $100 for coming out for the 5 minutes to do nothing but give me a ridiculous quote. I laughed again!

I had two others come out that also didn't have the part on hand and said no one can get the part until the wholesalers open on Monday. It was a Friday evening. That's understandable but I needed help ASAP or I would've gone 3 days without water waiting until Monday. They both also quoted me to run new line to the meter but at least their quotes were literally half that of ""Freakin""!

I then called Jafco as they were up the road from me and had good reviews. A gentleman named Patrick answered and he was so far above and beyond any of the other plumbing shops I had called. He understood my dilemma and although it was already late on a Friday night he was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough and said he could send someone out the next day but he would also have to find the same part.

He said he was pretty sure he could find the part on a Saturday morning and he did. He also assured me that he was going to buy a bunch so they wouldn't have this problem again. He did what he said and had a guy named Ron come out that afternoon. Ron was great at what he does and had it all permanently repaired and working great within 45 minutes. A simple repair as I had expected and he never once tried to sell me on a complete new line being run to the meter.

About 6 mos ago (pre Covid) our garbage disposal died. Of 6 different plumbing companies, only Jafco provided an online estimate. They came on time and the work was done right and the estimate was accurate. Actually saved us money because the plumber said our prior disposal was bigger than we needed (which made sense, it took up a huge amount of space under the sink) and used a smaller one, which has been working great since then. We will use Jafco again.

They worked with us to find a time we could be home, and were pleasant from the initial call. The technician was as helpful, efficient & low cost. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly & provided an estimate for future work we would likely need. We were very pleased.

The person who came to fix the toilet today was efficient, repaired the blockage by moving the toilet and charged a reasonable fee.
My complaint is that he did not wear a mask or use gloves. I have written to Jafco and told them this is expected in this time of increasing Covid transmission. If you use this service, check before they arrive to be sure they protect your family.

Needed some pipes moved for a window install and JAFCO was able to come out the day after the request and have a worker at my house 2 days later. Wyatt did an excellent professional job and kept me abreast of any and all issues. Great quick job, would highly recommend.

Ron and Dwayne came out assess our clogged drain. They were quick to respond and be on sight. Our house is a mid century home with an add on unit. They gave us some good information on future upkeep and maintenance given esp given the age of the home and plumbing. Dwayne and Ron quickly gave us the details of the clogged drain and what the work would entail including some risks. In the end, everything was fine and didn't include any extra labor or cost. Felt informed throughout the process. Their prices were affordable compared to other companies and they had a very no nonsense attitude about them. Ron was friendly, thorough and professional in his services. We'll be calling on them again to do some heavy lifting plumbing/sewage projects down the line. Thanks again guys!
