Came to fix our kitchen sink clog on same day I called. Proved to be a little tough to solve since clog was almost 40 feet out. Came back next day and fixed the problem.

We needed attention for a clogged downspout drain underground. Jafco was able to send someone within two or three days, and scheduling was easy. I also had one other sewer company come out a day before, who looked at the issue very briefly and offered to hydro-jet the drain. The other company said it was not guaranteed to help and would cost a minimum of $600 just to try.

When Graydon with Jafco showed up, he simply got to work, hosed out the clog and had it fixed within 15-20 minutes. He also looked at two other drains on our property that were not clogged but I asked for his opinion, which was helpful. I'm grateful for Jafco for being responsive and proactive, saving me a good chunk of cash as well. I will call them again in the future (though I hope I don't have to).

Once again Jafco did a fabulous job!! I can't say enough good things about Jafco and the amazing employees. My sewer line was full of roots, had a crack and needed a sleeve installed. This is the 2nd line that Jafco has added a sleeve to and I couldn't be happier. During this project, Graydon and Max came out to scope and inspect the line and we talked about what needed to be done. Ultimately, we decided that the line needed to have a sleeve added -my house is 1950's. They did a great job and left the work area spotless.
During this time, I also had a slow running upstairs toilet. Miguel came out and augured the toilet. When I asked if I could watch to see what he was doing, he said ""he likes to have the customer watch while he is working because it helps build the customer's confidence and trust."" I was amazed by that response. Aaron you have a fantastic company and I'm very thankful for all the work that Jafco has done at my house. I highly recommend Jafco for all sewer and plumbing projects.

I called Jafco on a Friday afternoon for emergency on a blocked drain line...Garrett rearranged the technician's appointment to come to us right away. Graydon was personable, surveyed the situation and quickly resolved the issue. He left the site clean. Point of Information: Graydon followed all off the Covid protocols without being asked. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend to anyone needing Jafco's wide array of services.

Quick response through Yelp, had service in 36 hours (did not expect that, so relieved)! Brian who was the contact for taking our request and scheduling was polite & professional. We were advised a window of 10-12, and Miguel, the technician, was courteous enough to call at 10:15 to advise it'd been around 11:00, which I saw as respectful. Upon arrival, he seemed highly experienced and took care of 2 separate issues inside of an hour. Pricing was fair. I highly recommend.

This is a tad late, but I had a backup in late October. Sewage coming up from my front lawn and it was horrible smelling. Jafco came and informed me of a collapsed section of pipe. James was quick and communicative and had someone out within hours they had it dug up and replaced that section. Put a camera down my line and said the rest of my pipe looked good. They put down grass seed and cleaned up after themselves and you can't even tell they were there barely. Once the grass fills in it'll be as if it never happened. Thank you Jafco for a job well done. Highly recommend!!!

they give you a competitive quote, then try to convince you to excavate without actually cleaning the line. We had a sewer backup issue; they came and said they cleaned the line, and we may have the same problem within days if we do not excavate. We went on vacation and came back and saw the whole apartment is full of shit (I uploaded a picture below), we called them, and they said we told you to do the excavation. We called another company, they came and cleaned the sewer line and said there was no damages on the sewer line and no need for excavation, it was just a clog that was not cleared out entirely previously. Please stay away from this company and do not be fooled by their quote. The quote may seem competitive, but they only talk about excavation, even if the issue is just a simple sewer cleaning.
