I had a major sewer line issue that was causing a backup and was very hard to troubleshoot exactly where the issue was. Brandon came out and got in my crawlspace and ran a camera to locate exactly where this issue was and told me exactly what needed to be done. I appreciated his genuine approach and his estimate was extremely fair. If you're having sewer line issues and looking for someone knowledgeable and fair I recommend having Brandon come out from Jafco Plumbing and Sewer.

Fantastic experience with Jafco for my house repipe! Needed to upgrade from old galvanized lines to Pex. Spoke/met with six different plumbing companies. Patrick (the ops mgr) came out for the estimate and was a total professional. Asked the right questions with no pressure at all to close the deal (not simply a sales job!!). The estimate was very competitive and crew of two (Wyatt and Anthony) finished the job in two days on schedule. Them having an office in Tacoma was a plus.

Best part of the experience was the constant communication. Before the job, Patrick was very clear what was in scope and not (ie drywall repair). Every few hours I got calls with updates and to check if any questions. This was especially important when the crew came across unforeseen issues with the house. Even after the job was complete, there were follow up checks to ensure the work was done with quality and to my satisfaction. Only knock is that the post job cleanup could have been a bit more thorough.

Very happy with my Jafco experience here and would totally recommend Patrick and crew!!!

Brandon and Joseph had been great help! Miracle workers. These guys are quick with their responses and were able to make some adjustment, came out and took care of us right away. They were thorough with explaining of the process. We would definitely use them again.

Ron did an amazing job fixing my leaks in my kitchen sink and putting in a new faucet. He was on time, fixed the leaks under the sink and was extremely affordable. His friendliness and professionalism were very reassuring to this single mom. I will only use him and this company for any further plumbing issues I have.

The review for the services that Jafco provided is 5 stars. The crew who came to repair our broken pipe were professional and efficient.

The multiple issues we had came entirely from the person we coordinated with over the phone (Dewayne). He had a recurring problem with setting an expectation over the phone or through text and then failing to meet this expectation. We had to wait for hours or days for responses from him, but when we called the main office looking for answers he would immediately reach out. There was also an issue with the payment (double charged us $2800) and when I spoke to him over the phone he said he'd resolve it within the hour. I waited a week and heard nothing so I went though my credit card company to get the money back.

Overall the headaches we had with the project manager did not outweigh the excellent work the crew did, so we would not work with Jafco again.

I called Jafco when water was seeping through my basement, which I feared might have been a burst pipe or worse, and Ron came out and took a look the same day. He spent a good amount of time looking around and trying to diagnose the issue and was incredibly thoughtful and thorough (and hilarious!). Turns out, it's likely not a plumbing issue, and since I didn't need plumbing work done, Ron didn't charge for his time. If I have plumbing issues in the future though, I will definitely be calling Jafco and Ron!

Had an emergency with my sewer backing up into my basement and called Jafco to come out again. They came out within an hour even though it was midnight and were able to clear the clogged line and sent an estimator to discuss options to make sure this won't happen again. So thankful I called them and I will never use anyone else! Thank you Ron and Isaac for your help! Jafco is the best!

Jafco did a great job! Customer service was prompt and professional. Price was fair. I called around and these guys were by far the best deal in town. If I need a plumber again in the future these guys will be my first pick!
