Jae is amazing! I don't usually write reviews, but he definitely deserves one. The other day, while I was getting ready for work in the early morning, I noticed that there was water all over the floor in my garage. I realized there was a leak coming from my water heater. I called several businesses, but Jae was the only one who answered my call right away and provided an estimate over the phone. He also gave me advice on how to prevent further flooding before he arrived. Once he got there, he was able to identify the problem and offered different solutions with their costs. I chose to purchase a new water heater, and he helped me decide which brand would be the best. Jae is very efficient and detail-oriented with the installation. I definitely recommend him for any emergencies and repairs.
