Tom Z.Install scheduled for a Saturday at 9am. Got up at 6am to remove doors and unpack water heater. Moved heater to location. 9am came and went. No call-No show-would not answer phone. Wasted another Saturday waiting for a no show. Values his time only. Not reliable. great price but does not show up to do the job! So what is the value?
