Jacot to the rescue once again! I've used Jacot for all my plumbing needs for 15+ years now. Referred to them by my home owners insurance because a Rooter company was trying to fleece me for unneeded repairs.

Prompt service, their plumbers go the extra mile, and are quite knowledgeable with common sense advice so that recurring issues don't reappear. They are priced competitively as well.

I have used Jacot Plumbing twice now and will be a customer for life. The plumber's name was Art and he was so thorough, knowledgeable and friendly and never once made me feel like I was being taken advantage of when he explained the repairs. He was there to unclog the drain but I also explained that the sink faucet was leaking and he was able to find exactly where the slow drip was coming from. Ideally it needed to be replaced but when I wasn't ready to do that, he was able to fix it to stop the leaking. They always clean up after their visit and they wear shoe booties when walking inside. Even better is the pricing. Each time I was expecting a big bill and the price was way less than expected and quoted by others. Tina in the office is super nice and accommodating too. They are used by Triple AAA so that alone should tell you they are a very reputable company.

Jacot Plumbing charged us $300 for labor to replace a kitchen faucet and 2 valves within. The job took less than an hour to finish. According to them its a fair price, What a rip off! I will never use this company again.

I used Jacot plumbing for a leak of unknown origin in my living room that another plumbing company just could not figure out after 1 hour plus. I was a bit nervous after the first plumbing company couldn't help because I thought maybe it was some kind of tough-to-find leak or something. The Jacot tech literally had the exact location and cause of the leak pinpointed in less than 30 minutes. He also was very helpful in explaining to me in plain English what the problem was, why it happened, and what my options were. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is they are one of the more pricey plumbing outfits, but WELL worth it. I would give them 4.5 stars if it was possible.

My insurance company sent out Art from Jacot Plumbing to locate a leaking water pipe under my slab. He was patient and took his time to make sure he located the correct line.
He then came out a second time to open the wall and cap the leak at the manifold.
I would highly recommend him.

Johnny Jacot just did a complete PEX (2 showers, 2 toilets, 4 sinks, and 4 hose spigots) repipe of my house and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work he did. Johnny also installed all new shower hardware and shower heads that we bought after they had started the job.

Johnny communicated everything that was going to be happening each day ahead of time (total of 4 days) and took great care to clean up areas that they were working on.

A really outstanding job. I will use Jacot Plumbing for all my future needs and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

John from Jacot Plumbing came out to fix a clogged drain in our dump sink. He was also able to clear out the clogged shower drain in my daughter's bathroom. He was on time, friendly, and did a great job. Would highly recommend Jacot Plumbing.

I had a slab leak and a reroute done by a variety of folks from Jacot. They were all friendly and knowledgeable. The only hitch was that they got the wrong water line in the initial diagnosis of the problem. I know slab leaks are tricky business and it happens, but it did cost me another few days without hot water as it just before Thanksgiving, which delayed getting them back out to finish up.

Hooking up an ice maker seems like an easy enough job, right? After two hours, a second trip to home depot and a puddle of water on the floor I called Brandon at Jacot. He came over and took care of it in about 30 minutes, and that included fixing the leaky connections that I hooked up. I was trying to save a few bucks and ended up wasting a ton of time. I think I'll stick to happy hour and leave the plumbing to the pros.
