We had a water leak in our yard, paid $750 for them to detect the leak, but Jacot Plumbing failed to detect all of the leaks. Further, they gave me an estimate of $285 to $485 to repair the PVC pipe, but showed up the next day telling me it would be a multiple of that amount. I have left two messages to complain, but nobody has returned my calls.

It is one thing to do a job and not do it well. It is quite another thing to engage in a ""bait and switch"" and not return a customer's phone calls.

I have no idea how this business has 5 stars. My mom who's 75 called them to help with some plumbing problems we had while trying to install a new washer and dryer. They charged her $50 to come out and assess the situation, $45 for a new hose (that she won't need) . All this was on a Friday, and they told her they will be back on Monday with equipment to see if they will be able to resolve the problem. When they showed up on Monday, they came just to tell her in person they would not be able to do the job. What was this? A company taking advantage of an elderly person who does not know about home repairs. Extremely upset with them. With so many great plumbers don't take your chances!.

This is a company that stands behind their work! They have a good crew, arrive on time and get the job done. Victor came out and installed a water pressure gauge and fixed two upstairs showers. We also had a downstairs bathroom faucet in a pedestal sink that resisted both repair and replacement, lol. After a replacement faucet did not fit Jacot Plumbing attempted to repair the old faucet, but it stubbornly leaked off and on.
Finally, I purchased another faucet and Arturo and Mike were able to install it. They credited us for the repair of the old faucet and we are very pleased. I will hire Jacot again and recommend them.

This was a very strange experience , I needed a few repairs done in my bathroom (not an emergency) the hot water in my shower is having issues and needs a filter change and the valves on my bathroom shower sink are a little leaky and might also need to be replaced. On the pulse side they were able to schedule me within a few hours and their estimates are free, which is great because the plumber they sent basically just looked at my shower valve and sink valve said they don't replace the parts and left. He was not very friendly and the experience was a little uncomfortable. What kind of plumber won't even try to repair/replace a fixture. The scheduler was very nice and was even able to fit me in a littler earlier in the day, thank gif because this was a waist of time! The actual repair guy seemed to be in a bad mood and was not helpful at all. Hopefully another company can help me.

If have zero star I would choose. Seam company different workers have big difference. 2 hours 2 man's job charged me $1585. For the water leaks.Total used $40 dollars parts. Just don't sign on iPod they give to you. They can copy the signature. I won't choose them again. Every body need be careful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found Jacot here on Yelp and based on previous reviews I felt confident that I would get great service. I needed to use their services for a rental property I have in the area and the tenant complaining of their bathroom sink not draining. I setup the appointment and provided the tenants info. From what my tenant said they were in and fixed the problem and very professional. Overall I am happy with the service provided. The only reason I am not providing 5 stars is the lack of options for payment. As I am an out of town investor I would expect there to be some sort of online payment system for invoices created but that is not the case. I need to call an provide my credit card details which I do not prefer not secure at all. If they are able to implement more convenient payment solutions to the customer I would modify my response easily.

We had a leak in our downstairs bathroom. We contacted our AAA insurance and then contacted Jacot to help us handle our leak. They had helped us 2 years ago with another leak and we were very happy with their service then so we wanted them to handle it again. They immediately come out and identified where the leak was coming from. It was a leak in a pipe upstairs that was running down the pipe to the downstairs bathroom. They immediately caped off the leak until the ceiling in the bathroom could be removed and the area was tested for asbestos. Once all of that was handled they came out immediately to repair the leak and it was wonderful to use our cold water. They were quick to respond, and very professional. Thank you Jesse we really appreciated it!!

Just met two of the nicest guys who came out to replace the toilet in the master bathroom. Jesse and Robert were very kind and respectful. I have to mention they were on time for my appointment and the work was done quickly. I will definitely recommend this company in the future.

Art and Robert are awesome! I had a thick and hard piece of plastic obstructing my clean out pipe. It was so wedged in and strong that cabling and hydrojetting would not touch it. It seemed hopeless and I was already accepting the fact that I would need to pay thousands to dig through my pavers and to replace that part of the pipe. However, Art and Robert never gave up and eventually had to buy a specialized tool that same day to give it a shot. After many hours, they were able to finally drill a hole into the plastic, hook it, and eventually fished it out!!!! We were all really excited that they were able to do the impossible! I would definitely recommend them again.

I scheduled an appointment online through a form. I got a call 15 minutes later. Worked with George, great guy and very flexible. He is based in San Diego but is covering Orange County as well. We set up a time but I had to cancel it. George was very professional, would definitely recommend for the future!
