Home ownership, isn't it grand. Found another leak in the garage this time. Called Jacot and the sent out Jesse. Very friendly and willing to explain everything that needed to be done. Long story short the leak is fixed. Highly recommend Jacot and Jesse.

I wouldn't call these guys plumbers more like handymen that know nothing about plumbing. They used tape to wrap a P-trap and called that a repair. Don't be fooled do more research before going with such a remarkably terrible company.

We have been using Jacot for years, they were recommended by a family friend (who is also a real estate agent) and they have been our ""go to"" plumber for everything.
We've had major emergencies to simple problems, all handled by Jacot. Their plumbers are honest, hard-working, clean and reliable. I've called them to clear drains, fix our water heater, install water lines for a new fridge and install clean outs for a sewer line that didn't have them. Our water heater died on New Year's Day (today) and I called and they said they would send out one of their plumbers asap. This is why we've used them, repeatedly, sung their praises, recommended them to family and friends and written excellent reviews everywhere we can (I thought I had already written a 5 * Yelp review for them, but realized I hadn't and wanted to correct that). When you have a household emergency, (such as no hot water on a holiday weekend and you and members of your family still have to work) Jacot is who you can call. Their prices are fair and they provide costs up front, so there is no question. I've had them find discounts whenever possible and it feels like they're a part of the team when they rescue us. They are excellent communicators and follow through on their claims.

They charged us $320 for 15 minutes of work that included switching out the line for our new gas range. Their explanation is that they charge $165 to move our range out and $165 to move it in again. And that's before any work is actually done. So be careful if you're going to have them work on any appliances that need to be moved to and from the wall.

Unbelievable scammers. Started asking around about my occupation to feel me out for how much to gouge me and then asked me to sign an estimate with no prices quoted. If you dont sign a blank estimate with no prices quoted, they will get insulted and leave. Not professional. This is in West Anaheim area.

We discovered a major drainage issue three days before our mom was returning home from the hospital. Jacot Plumbing, and particularly Matt, saved the day! The house plumbing is old and rather strangely organized and no main clear out could be found. But Matt sleuthed with neighbors (with similar house design) and carefully drilled into stucco and concrete to find, expose and bring up to current standards a fully hidden and embedded clear out, which saved us significant time and cost. He was thoughtful, smart and persistent and was patient, helpful and polite in working around other works that was happening around the house.

Rude staff and management. Scheduled appointment today to look at my kitchen faucet having issues. Two people showed up which we didn't expect. I explained to them that nowadays we like to minimize traffic in our house and don't really need extra person walking around. I was told it has to be two people or I need to reschedule (after I specifically took time off work to be home for that). Called their office and spoke with manager Tina who was pretty rude and abrupt, didn't want to resolve the situation. I won't use them again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
