We had them do a lot of work for us which we paid for on time. Now they are not interested in doing work for us. Two different things we asked them to do at different times & they said they would do it but didn't show up. I am very disappointed in them & won't bother them again.

Beware of Jeff Jacobson Plumbing and Heating. I purchased a whole house dehumidifier from them and they never installed it correctly. The dehumidifier was supposed to be connected to the air return duct. They said everything was done, I paid the bill. I had another HVAC company come out to check the furnace and they took pictures of the hole in my return air duct that was never hooked up to the dehumidifier.
Now Jeff wants to charge me to hook it up. Installation was included in my paid bill.
Very untrustworthy company.

Buyer beware!!! Jacobson installed a new furnace in my grandparents' house. From the moment Jacobson turned it on it never worked correctly. Several conversations have been had with them to fix or replace it over the past three weeks but they have not. I'm very disappointed that they don't stand behind their work or the products they install. Even worse, these are senior citizens living in Minnesota; it's now mid-October, they NEED a working heater!

Excellent quality work done and at the prices quoted. We had a new septic w/ drain field & a new well & several other plumbing fixtures/equipment inside the home repaired or replaced by Jeff & his son in the past 8 months and they do a fantastic job. Highly recommend.
