Update on my previous negative one-star rating for Jacob's Plumbing Service - Ivan was understandably upset with my previous negative review and said it was just a misunderstanding/lack of communication. After much back and forth discussion between us, Ivan returned to my tenant's apartment and successfully completed the job. The faucet drip that was only partially fixed on Ivan's first visit is now completely fixed - no drippy faucet now. Ivan is a man of his word and did return to complete the job, at no extra charge.

The other night our water heater went out and I saw Jacob's plumbing on yelp. I gave them a call and Ivan walked me through what to do. When I couldn't figure it out he came immediately the next day. He checked out my situation and knew exactly what the problem was. He was professional, friendly, and reliable. He needed to replace my whole water heater and was able to get that equipment.he next day even with the different curve balls that my old water heater threw at him. Once the job was done he stayed and made sure everything was functioning. He did everything at a great price. I will definitely recommend.

A highly motivated professional immediately diagnosed the issue and then went above and beyond to acquire a hard to get part. Suffice it to say that Ivan is not only knowledgeable but his desire to get the work done to your satisfaction has no equal. His pricing is very reasonable and fair.
