If I could give 10 stars I would!! Was in the process of replacing a kitchen sink and an along our journey found our shut off valve was failing and leaking. Upon many attempts to try to replace it, we could not remove it. Searched for recommendations on Facebook and came across Jacob's drain cleaning which I found highly recommended from multiple recommendations and gave them a call. They answered immediately! We texted pictures of our dilemma, he gave us an immediate estimate, and a technician dispatched out within the hour. Russell came out., so very knowledgeable, polite, fast and efficient. I could not be more happier with the service

I hired them to replace a kitchen faucet and angle stop valves. I also had them replace my garbage disposal. Jordan is proficient at what he does. He took the care to remove the aerator from the faucet after installation and flushed the line before putting it in. It is a basic step but you would be surprised by how many plumbers are sloppy and not bother. For that, he got an A+ in my books. Pricing is not cheap but not out of line either. One thing though, I paid immediately after the work was completed and getting the receipt out of them took a bit of wrangling. I will wait for their invoice before paying in the future. Minor issue not deserving any stars taken off.

I had the misfortune of needing both a new water heater and a new toilet this past week. Josh with Jacob's Drain Cleaning was able to help with both. He was exceptionally kind, professional and couteous and got Kyle and Jordan out to install a new water heater within one day. The very next day, I needed a new toilet and Kyle came out on a Friday afternoon and installed it for me. Kyle has been here several times and has always been respectful, kind, and quick. He leaves the area completely clean and takes the old equipment away.
If you hire this company, you will be very satisfied with the quick response, terrific work, great prices, and especially the friendly, respectful service. I will recommend them to everyone.

I recently had my tankless water heater continuously flushing out water through the relief valve spout outside my house. I called as many plumbers as I could to see who could come ASAP to diagnose and resolve the issue. Exasperated, I found Josh Jacob's Drain Cleaning service through a Facebook Elk Grove Recommendation group. The moment we connected he showed his care and concern for not only my situation but, but my pocketbook. He advised me to call Rinnai and see if they could help me diagnose the issue. They wouldn't, but based off the description of the problem they believed it might be the relief valve needing to be replaced. I shared this information along with pictures & videos with Josh and he agreed that that might be the issue. He instructed me on what part to get and booked me for his earliest appointment availability. He also shared that he would replumb the pipe to copper as it was more durable.

The day came and Josh arrived as promised and replaced the relief valve along with did the replumbing quick & thoroughly like a true professional. He did all this on shorter notice on Thanksgiving week of all times.

For that, I cannot thank Josh enough and recommend him to you all for all your plumbing needs. His professionalism, care for clients, transparency, and affordability are TOP NOTCH!

Our front yard drain was plugged and created a pond next to the home during heavy rains. I thought the hydro jet high pressure hose would unplug it but a medium sized rock and tree roots had it blocked underground in two places. Josh explained the pros and cons and the cost to dig it up and replace the drain with ABS pipe. His crew arrived the next day and did a great job and I thought their pricing was reasonable. Josh and his team arrived on a major holiday to provide us with a complete Attic to Ground Leak detection and full inspection of all pipes and sewer lines to the street.
He arrived promptly and was very professional. He educated us on what needs to be done ""asap"", what should be ""corrected to code"" when we renovate later this year, and offered advice for what we may see/expect even a few years from now.
Josh was upfront, and honest and there was absolutely no pressure to sell or sign any contracts to hire him for the upcoming projects.
It is refreshing to see an independant licensed contractor who doesn't try to take advantage of homeowners (especially disabled/fixed income)
