On Christmas (a Sunday, of course) our upstairs pipes froze and burst. Not being a millionaire I knew I had to wait until today to call a plumber. My regular plumber was done for the year so I thought about all of the plumbing trucks I was used to seeing out in the community and I checked their reviews. I hit the jackpot with Jackson. First off, a human answered, which was the most awesome lady ever, second, had someone out that afternoon. He fixed everything so fast and was so clean. I'm so happy. I was literally sick to my stomach thinking about the costs and maintenance associated with this horrible holiday uncontrollable (unlucky) mess and honestly I'm good now. My new plumber!!! Anyone who hasn't called them or who wasn't happy with them is crazy! Literally made my worst nightmare (this month) painless and I'm so grateful I found them!

I contacted JACKSON PLUMBING on Shannon Road, Erie, to repair a leak in the ceiling of my living room coming from my upstairs shower drain. The sheet rock had been cut away from the leak and the leak exposed and identified. When Jackson Plumbing arrived I was told they could not fix the leak unless they tore out my entire tiled bathroom shower.

I had someone else repair the leak, and re-sheet rock the area in the ceiling.

Jackson Plumbing continues to bill me $124. though there were NO SERVICES RENDERED, and they have now, despite my continuing to discuss this with them, turned my bill over to collections.

I would never refer them to anyone, even for a quote!

Jackson plumbing just fixed an issue with the pipe and the drain catcher that was leaking into my aunts ceiling tile. They arrived on time and making the appointment was very simple. They quickly were able to diagnose the issue and able to fix it on the same day with the parts. The cost that was estimated and the cost it was invoice was only a couple bucks difference! I was very satisfied with the workmanship, the plumbers and the accuracy and billing. They had come highly recommended to me and I will highly recommend them.

I have used Jackson plumbing before I thought they were pretty good till I called them out for a quote. I waited a month to find a convenient time for them to come out the young guy took two pictures went back they put together an estimate five times higher than it should've been... Maybe the owners should find a way to keep their customers coming back and also make a reliable estimate based on fact not based on the unknown. Going forward I'll never use Jackson plumbing again they apparently have too much business for their own good, and I would never recommend them to anyone additionally I found that Jackson Fleming actually did the job previously and forgot one crucial thing in my wall the stainless steel hose installed by Jackson plumbing was rigged to roll a long a sharp bolt head which in turn caused a leak, It's not one bit funny you guys that's why the review!

I had Jackson plumbing in to bleed air out of my baseboard heat water lines. They came and did that and then about a week later there was water damage to 2 levels of our home in which caused $19,000 worth of damage that we went through our insurance for. When we called them to come back out to see why the water is pouring out everywhere. It ended up the gaskets in the bleeders where dry-rotted. And the guy that came back out said ya those deteriorate over time especially if there hasn't been water in the lines for about a month.

He knew that the gaskets deteriorate over time and never replaced them when he bleed the lines. Thankfully my insurance is going to subrogate. We even had another plumbing company come out to assess the work they did and they even said that those gaskets should have been replaced.

Even though the guy knows those deteriorate and never replaced it at the time. Jackson plumbing says that they did nothing wrong in causing the $19k worth of damage to my home.

As an owner of multiple homes, I deal with contractors frequently. I have been using Jackson Plumbing for about 5 years now. I initially found them when I had an urgent need one evening and called a handful of plumbers. Scott Jackson was the only one that called me back same day. They came out the next morning and resolved the issue. Since then, I have used Jackson Plumbing numerous times for a variety of issues in new and old homes. Nothing stumps them. They get the work done quickly, employees are polite, and they clean up their workspace before they leave. I trust them to come in and out of my homes if I cannot be there.

I have a 4 unit building that had a leak on the first floor, caused by a 2nd floor bathroom. I called Jackson Plumbing on June 14, 2018 and notified them of the problem. I gave them the phone numbers of the tenants on the first and second floor. I spoke with the tenants on the 18th, the day that Jackson said they would show up, and it was either a no show, or the Plumber knocked on the wrong door??? Who ever they sent didn't even try the first floor tenants door, or attempt to call the tenants. BOTH TENANTS WERE HOME WAITING. I called Jackson again, and made another appointment on the 20th. The tenants again took off of work to meet the Plumber. I told Jackson to call me when they were there so I could explain the problem. I received no call... They showed up, but left without talking with me about anything. Two days went by and I heard nothing, as the leak continued. I called them and they told me they would call me back in 2 hours. 3 hours later, I called them again and got the run around from Mr. Jackson himself. He explained how they were really busy, that they really don't know what was wrong (?), and that he could schedule someone else to go over and look at it, but not right away. Now I have to bother the tenants for a 3rd time for the same problem, but NOT with Jackson Plumbing!

My grandmother has gotten the run around for over a week on getting gas lines update in the house. They lied several times about sending people and calling back. Trustworthiness is not a priority.
