Stop! Do NOT bother calling them or giving them any business. You have been warned!!! I wish I had seen the horrible, consistent reviews before. I too placed several calls to them through my home warranty and they NEVER called. When I spoke to my home warranty about it, they were able to finally get them 'live' and provided an agreed day/time for service. Then, without notifying us, waiting for our scheduled service, they NEVER showed up and apparently dropped our service request and did NOT bother to inform us. I would categorize it as 'cowardly' to start. Cleary, they do NOT have any 'customer service' skills and don't have any idea how to conduct normal business. Do NOT waste your time and do not reward this behavior. If you have a home warranty policy and get Jackson Plumbing assigned to you, REFUSE it and ask for another plumber.

Once again I needed a plumber and I just couldn't find the card he left me, so I came to Yelp since I knew I written a review on here about their services.
Again, Donnel came on Wednesday to the rescue and fixed my plumbing problems, his such a nice, respectful man that really knows what's his doing.
I highly recommend his services, I feel very blessed that I found this company, he will be my plumber for life. Thank you so much Mr. Jackson.

Mr. Jackson, provided excellent service at my home residence and at my tenants apartment. He was very courteous and polite, he arrived to my house has promised and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.

My insurance AHS American Home Shield choose this company to fix my garbage disposal and 2 faucets. The plumber which I didn't know then that he was the owner was kind of irritated that I didn't give him the gate code to our community. I gave him the instructions on how to get in without giving him the gate code and explained
to him that it is against the community policy to give the gate code to a non resident. The moment he entered my house, I sensed rudeness in him. He went to the kitchen and fixed the garbage disposal for less then 10-15 mins., turned his back and was ready to leave. I told him you haven't fixed the 2 faucets yet. He pretended to look at the his work paper, open and closed the faucet then left without giving me explanation as to what's wrong with the faucet or whether he'll be back or not. 30 mins. passed and he had not come back. I looked outside my house and his car was gone. I thought he will just go out to get materials in his truck or at home depot. I then called Jackson Plumbing 2x and asked if the plumber will be back because he just left without saying a word. He said he was the plumber and the owner of his company and will not come back to my house because I was rude by videoing him and he told American Home Shield about it. He accused me for being rude to him by videoing him? That was completely a lie! I was on messenger with my sister even before he arrived and continued chatting with my sister while he was doing his job. I explained that I was talking to my sister in Canada and not videoing him. He said he felt threatened by me. Wow! Threatened by a petite 4,10"" tall, 110 lbs. lady and he was like 250 lbs . guy? He was indeed threatened because I was alone in my house at that time and my family was on the phone to monitor me while the plumber was there. How is my safety related to his job description to finish his job? What an easy money to rip off poor customers who are struggling to pay their bills. I called my insurance to give me another plumbing company and I have to pay another $75.00 for the job that he left behind on top of the $75.00 that he charged me for the garbage disposal just because he came to my house. Overall, I would rate this company poorly, very unprofessional and rude. If he said that he felt threatened by me, It's the other way around. I felt uneasy and threatened by his presence. I had so many technicians come to my house before and even took pictures of them but I never felt uneasy with any of them but this guy.

I had a Jackson and Heating plumbing tech come over to quote a price for putting in an outside water spigot, Theirs was an existing cold water pipe 4 feet from where I wanted the spicket. He quoted me $550. When I asked why so much he told me the spigot alone was $275 and the freeze free model was $475. After picking up my teeth, I asked if the spigot were made of gold. He just said that is the standard price. I looked at Amazon and found a freeze free spigot for $41. I happen to have a guy remodeling my bathroom over the same day and he said he would do it for $150 and had no idea where they came up with their spigot prices.

I also had Jackson put in a new heating and air unit in 2018. At the time they said the price included service visits twice a year for two years. Have not seen them once and God only know how much more I paid for the unit then if I shopped it around.

I called to complain about the spigot pricing and the manager went off on me stating they received the customer excellence award and said that was the standard price for installing spigots. She kept going on about all their success until I cut her off and said the spigot price was highway robbery and hung up. Moral of story..........SHOP AROUND!!

Do NOT utilize their service at all!!!!!!! This man is absolutely RUDE and disrespectful!!!!!!!!!! We contacted our warranty company and they chose this company to come out to our home. The man is an African American male. He came out and did a horrible job on our garbage disposal. He claimed it was fixed and it was not! We called him back like he said to abs he never answered. We called the warranty company again to report him and they did a recall to get him to come back out which he did NOT respond during the 24hr window he was supposed too! When he finally came back out today he has a NASTY attitude!!! He banged on the door. When I opened the door I asked him to put on a mask and cover his shoes. He rolled his eyes and with a NASTY tone said ""I got my shots!!"" I didn't ask him that...we have a 9 month old...and this is MY house! If I ask you to put on a mask then you do so! Don't give me attitude! You can still contract COVID whenever though you've been vaccinated! We don't know where he's been and who he has been around in and out of folk houses! He pissed me off with his attitude so I went to get my husband! Then while he was in our home he pulled the mask down!!! So not only does his work suck! His attitude does too! Old republic needs to remove him as a service provider!!!

I was referred to Jackson Plumbing through my Home Warranty service. The HW contacted Jackson Plumbing about an emergency pipe burst leak, and made a case number and i was told they would contact me ASAP. I called and left messages over the course of 24 hours, and had to pay an outside plumber to come and evaluate the damage/repair. It has been 2.5 weeks since that initial interaction and Jackson Plumbing finally contacted me TODAY about coming out within the next week to look at the issue. Which has been repaired by a different company over a week ago. Absolutely unprofessional, unresponsive, and not even worth the time I spent trying to get in contact with them. I do not understand how they are still in business.....

Referred to me by my home warranty company. Workorder submitted. Called them 24 hours hours later since I did not receive a call. Left a message. Called them 2nd time 24 hours later. No response.

That's enough for me to give ZERO stars. There's no excuse for not returning customer's calls.

I had a leak in my water hose so I called Jackson plumbing they were able to come same day within a few hours and fix the problem and the cost to fix it was a such an amazing price. I would highly recommend this business.
