This gentlemen if I can call him a gentlemen at all!!

I went to a plumbing store and there was dully pick up truck parked as I being wide due to being a dully the truck was taking a full parking slot a little bit of the one next to him. So that made Park on my spot and a little bit on the one next to me, I don't think that was a problem since the parking was 90% empty. But this Jackson "" GENTLEMAN"" he just went off on me calling me names with obscene language calling me everything bad in the world even after I explained to him why I had done what I did, he did not care and completely lost his temper. I told him that I'll moved spots so he can do whatever he wanted but still kept on going very angry. I think that for representing a company he should be more of a gentlemen AND most importantly, why would I trust him to go work in my house or any house with putting my self @ risk and worse my wife and kids!!

Don't make the mistake of hiring this guy. He said he would be at my house at 8:30 am, didn't show until 1:00 pm. Mr. Jackson arrived with a helper, put him to work, and left for 4 hours. By the time he came back it was dark and they had to put up lights and work as fast as they could to finish. He put drains in my yard to stop my house from flooding, again. After the first rain the drains were caving in and the ground around them had huge holes that allowed more water to flood my home. He didn't grade the dirt that he dug up, just leaving it in big piles. The job was a total disaster. At this time he hasn't returned my calls and we are preparing to take him to court. Beware of this company, they do sloppy unprofessional work!

Good, honest service. Very friendly!! Took care of all of our plumbing issues in two quick visits. Would definitely have them come out again!

No call and no show. I shouldn't have been surprised, because he never called, when I put in my request (through my warranty). Two weeks went by and he only called, because I followed up with them. He suggested same day service, but I couldn't make it. We agreed on 12/2/16 (two weeks out, due to the holidays). The day of, I called and left a voicemail. No response. An hour later, I called again, no response. The 3rd call came from my warranty rep, to cancel.

I'm sure he's a great plumber, but his communication skills are terrible. I've since been referred to another plumbing company.

My kitchen sink was backed up and clogged. I tried the plunger, the garbage disposal and finally liquid plumber to no avail. I called my home warranty service, Old Republic and was given Jackson Plumbing's information on Thursday afternoon. On Friday morning I was called by Jackson and was given a time of 11:00 am that day. The gentleman arrived at 10:55, was extremely professional and very personable. The solution was explained to me and the job was completed quickly and no mess was left behind. I would definitely recommend this company.

My hot water heater was leaking, so I contacted my home warranty company, American Home Shield, and after one plumber didn't show up for their appointment and they didn't have any other openings for a few days, and it was Friday, I again contacted AHS to request a plumber that would come and get it repaired on Saturday. I was given the name and number of Jackson Plumbing, and called them right away. It was about 450pm on Friday, I got the plumber's cell phone voice mail and left a message. Never heard back from him. Then contacted my housesitter and told her to try calling him again the following morning, since I would be traveling at that point. She called at 715 and 9am on Saturday and got the voice mail both times, left messages both times. Never heard back from him. I tried calling him myself at my connecting airport at about 10am, got the voice mail again and certainly never heard back from him. Finally at about 1pm I gave up and decided to pay for the repair myself, and I hired an independent plumber who came right out and replaced the hot water heater.

Donnell came out to replace my leaking water heater. He is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. He does fast quality work and really goes the extra mile to make sure you're happy. I will definately be calling him if I ever have any plumbing needs. Definately give Jackson Plumbing a call if you're looking for a plumber.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. I was compelled to write this review. Today, customer service is very hard to find. I must say I was impressed with Jackson's plumbing. I arrived home for my scheduled appointment and Mr. Jackson had arrived and assisted me with carrying in my groceries. I was very satisfied with his professionalism and time it took to install a new kitchen faucet and repair my dishwasher. I also found it very convenient to pay with my credit card I will definitely call again.

excellent service!! my home warranty company contacted 2 plumbers prior to you and no body showed up, called back or did anything. my tenant said you are VERY professional, very friendly and did a great job!
