I submitted a claim through my home warranty last week. We had scheduled the appointment for the following Tuesday morning. I then receive a call stating that they have to reschedule for Wednesday.

Wednesday morning comes and I get the 1st call at 7am, 2nd call at 730 am and text at 8am. Very unprofessional to call anyone before 8am.

He then advised me that if I don't pay the $75 call fee before the appointment that he was not going to go out. I advised him that many a times I've submitted claims and pay the trade call fee after the fact. He then advised me that he would not be going out. So after waiting an entire week I'm at square one.

Did not keep original appointment , canceled the day of.

I'll make sure to advise my warranty company that I don't want to work with them ever.

I have old republic home owners insurance and I was having problems with my water heater. They had sent me some other company and it went to bad. So when they changed my plumber to Jackson Plumbing I was a bit nervous from the bad experience I had with the previous plumber. But I was so surprised of the customer service from the call I got to him coming to my house. The previous plumber just wanted to get more money out of the situation and say my whole water heater needed to be replaced and that wasn't the case. Jackson Plumbing came in and replaced the sensor thing on my water heater right there and then and BAMMMMM!!!!! Hot water. I was without hot water for almost 2 months per the previous plumber. I want to say thank you for the excellent service this company has.

Just an update since I had the have Old Republic send out another plumber. Whoever I spoke to on the phone should be fired. That lady had no reason to call me and act like a witch over the $75 my husband didn't know he had to pay consider THEY COULD THE HAVE BILLED OLD REPUBLIC instead if waiting for me to call them! I'm making sure Old Republic never sends these fools to my house every again.

I can only say good things about Jackson Plumbing. Daniel arrived on time with all his equipment and went out and beyond to fix our problem. God bless him I would recommend Jackson services to a friend.

Rude!!! Came to my home and did not do all that was on the service order. Also argued and cut me off several times. He seems bitter and was extremely disrespectful.

Please find someone else because he refuses to come back to correct things he did not fix that he was suppose to.

Me. Jackson came to service several items throughout my home. He was dispatched by American Home Shield. He was prompt, courteous, and took care of all the items that needed to be repaired. (Toilets and faucets). He took time to explain exactly what he needed to do and what was going on.

I would do business with Jackson Pluming again.

JACKSON PLUMBING LANCASTER CA. just had a tankless water heater installed. I believe the guy who came to give the estimate was the owner from what I understand. first he showed up late for the inspection at 9:40 a.m the appointment was for 9:00 a.m today I texted him very early and asked if he was going to be on time to start the installation at 9:00 a.m as scheduled he texted back and said he and his workers would be here 10:30 came around and no show or call from this guy at 10:40 two guys showed up that are not his regular employees. these guys worked hard from start to finish at around 6:30 p.m this guy showed up to collect payment basically didn't do any work himself. I had asked him if was going to install and hook up the recirculation pump before doing the job. he said yes. the pump was installed but the electrical part of it wasn't after questioning him and letting him know that there was less water pressure than before he got an attitude and slammed the doors on his van and started yelling what a f...... chicken shit at this point I said let me pay you I was just trying to get this ass.... off my property since I have small children at my house and didn't want them hearing this idiots foul language. I don't know how this guy can be in business treating customers like he does would I recommend this guy hell no by the way he had no problem collecting $1,100 from me after acting the way he did

This gentlemen if I can call him a gentlemen at all!!

I went to a plumbing store and there was dully pick up truck parked as I being wide due to being a dully the truck was taking a full parking slot a little bit of the one next to him. So that made Park on my spot and a little bit on the one next to me, I don't think that was a problem since the parking was 90% empty. But this Jackson "" GENTLEMAN"" he just went off on me calling me names with obscene language calling me everything bad in the world even after I explained to him why I had done what I did, he did not care and completely lost his temper. I told him that I'll moved spots so he can do whatever he wanted but still kept on going very angry. I think that for representing a company he should be more of a gentlemen AND most importantly, why would I trust him to go work in my house or any house with putting my self @ risk and worse my wife and kids!!

Don't make the mistake of hiring this guy. He said he would be at my house at 8:30 am, didn't show until 1:00 pm. Mr. Jackson arrived with a helper, put him to work, and left for 4 hours. By the time he came back it was dark and they had to put up lights and work as fast as they could to finish. He put drains in my yard to stop my house from flooding, again. After the first rain the drains were caving in and the ground around them had huge holes that allowed more water to flood my home. He didn't grade the dirt that he dug up, just leaving it in big piles. The job was a total disaster. At this time he hasn't returned my calls and we are preparing to take him to court. Beware of this company, they do sloppy unprofessional work!
