I had a Jackson and Heating plumbing tech come over to quote a price for putting in an outside water spigot, Theirs was an existing cold water pipe 4 feet from where I wanted the spicket. He quoted me $550. When I asked why so much he told me the spigot alone was $275 and the freeze free model was $475. After picking up my teeth, I asked if the spigot were made of gold. He just said that is the standard price. I looked at Amazon and found a freeze free spigot for $41. I happen to have a guy remodeling my bathroom over the same day and he said he would do it for $150 and had no idea where they came up with their spigot prices.

I also had Jackson put in a new heating and air unit in 2018. At the time they said the price included service visits twice a year for two years. Have not seen them once and God only know how much more I paid for the unit then if I shopped it around.

I called to complain about the spigot pricing and the manager went off on me stating they received the customer excellence award and said that was the standard price for installing spigots. She kept going on about all their success until I cut her off and said the spigot price was highway robbery and hung up. Moral of story..........SHOP AROUND!!

Do NOT utilize their service at all!!!!!!! This man is absolutely RUDE and disrespectful!!!!!!!!!! We contacted our warranty company and they chose this company to come out to our home. The man is an African American male. He came out and did a horrible job on our garbage disposal. He claimed it was fixed and it was not! We called him back like he said to abs he never answered. We called the warranty company again to report him and they did a recall to get him to come back out which he did NOT respond during the 24hr window he was supposed too! When he finally came back out today he has a NASTY attitude!!! He banged on the door. When I opened the door I asked him to put on a mask and cover his shoes. He rolled his eyes and with a NASTY tone said ""I got my shots!!"" I didn't ask him that...we have a 9 month old...and this is MY house! If I ask you to put on a mask then you do so! Don't give me attitude! You can still contract COVID whenever though you've been vaccinated! We don't know where he's been and who he has been around in and out of folk houses! He pissed me off with his attitude so I went to get my husband! Then while he was in our home he pulled the mask down!!! So not only does his work suck! His attitude does too! Old republic needs to remove him as a service provider!!!

I was referred to Jackson Plumbing through my Home Warranty service. The HW contacted Jackson Plumbing about an emergency pipe burst leak, and made a case number and i was told they would contact me ASAP. I called and left messages over the course of 24 hours, and had to pay an outside plumber to come and evaluate the damage/repair. It has been 2.5 weeks since that initial interaction and Jackson Plumbing finally contacted me TODAY about coming out within the next week to look at the issue. Which has been repaired by a different company over a week ago. Absolutely unprofessional, unresponsive, and not even worth the time I spent trying to get in contact with them. I do not understand how they are still in business.....

Referred to me by my home warranty company. Workorder submitted. Called them 24 hours hours later since I did not receive a call. Left a message. Called them 2nd time 24 hours later. No response.

That's enough for me to give ZERO stars. There's no excuse for not returning customer's calls.

I have attempted to work with Jackson plumbing twice through my home warranty company. I have had a lot of trouble trying to contact them on the phone. They basically never answer the phone. They may give you one call back, but if you miss that one call you're screwed.

On my last attempt to work with them, Mr. Jackson showed up, looked at my broken water valve in the garage and wrote ""1"" valve brok in garage"" on the invoice that we both signed. The warranty company calls me the next day to inform me of declined coverage because the valve is outside in the front yard. They said there was no mention of the valve being in the attached garage from Jackson Plumbing. Someone is lying here. Either the warranty company is lying in order to decline coverage or Jackson Plumbing is lying. They told me it was listed as being in the front yard, not in the garage, which leads me to think Jackson Plumbing purposefully lied in order to require me to pay out of pocket.

Mr. Jackson himself seems like a kind and professional person when he was actually here....but that's where it ends. It is very unfortunate his office doesn't respond to calls, texts, or emails. Even the warranty company wasn't able to get ahold of him. I'm not sure why it is difficult for people to be honest and have good customer relations.

Mr. Jackson was very professional. I watched as he worked and he answered all my questions as he progressed. He installed two toilets for me, and when he finished, he cleaned up, which was a first!! I was impressed. Will definitely call Jackson Plumbing in the future.

I submitted a claim through my home warranty last week. We had scheduled the appointment for the following Tuesday morning. I then receive a call stating that they have to reschedule for Wednesday.

Wednesday morning comes and I get the 1st call at 7am, 2nd call at 730 am and text at 8am. Very unprofessional to call anyone before 8am.

He then advised me that if I don't pay the $75 call fee before the appointment that he was not going to go out. I advised him that many a times I've submitted claims and pay the trade call fee after the fact. He then advised me that he would not be going out. So after waiting an entire week I'm at square one.

Did not keep original appointment , canceled the day of.

I'll make sure to advise my warranty company that I don't want to work with them ever.

I have old republic home owners insurance and I was having problems with my water heater. They had sent me some other company and it went to bad. So when they changed my plumber to Jackson Plumbing I was a bit nervous from the bad experience I had with the previous plumber. But I was so surprised of the customer service from the call I got to him coming to my house. The previous plumber just wanted to get more money out of the situation and say my whole water heater needed to be replaced and that wasn't the case. Jackson Plumbing came in and replaced the sensor thing on my water heater right there and then and BAMMMMM!!!!! Hot water. I was without hot water for almost 2 months per the previous plumber. I want to say thank you for the excellent service this company has.
