These professionals have undergone four years of apprenticeship at an accredited technical institution. They have successfully completed rigorous state examinations, both written and practical, after their training. Additionally, our team members must engage in ongoing education each year. We take pride in being the longest-standing plumbing company in Southern Utah.
In 1958, Douglas Jackson launched what is now known as Jackson Plumbing and Heating Inc., initially called Doug's Plumbing and Heating. The name was changed to Jackson Plumbing and Heating Inc. when he teamed up with his son Terry, who manages the business today. This company is among the oldest in Southern Utah and takes pride in its rich heritage.
Terry succeeded his father in the plumbing business. With over 40 years of plumbing experience in Cedar City and nearby areas, he is a seasoned expert. Terry is well-versed in plumbing and boiler systems. He consistently shares his expertise with his staff to maintain high-quality service.

Jennifer H.Prompt service, but very pricey. Two men showed up the first day and spent about an hour putting Teflon tape on a pipe to stop a leak because they didn't have the right part. Then couldn't fix a problem on my boiler because they weren't quite sure what was wrong. They charged me $200 to feel some pipes and apply Teflon tape.
A couple of days later Travis came and fixed the boiler problem with no trouble. Definitely impressed with him, not so much with his father. (Who was at my house the first time).
Kathy S.Unsure if they're out of business or not but I've been emailing and calling them for 3 months and no one will call me back. Or maybe residential work isn't good enough for them. I guess they only do work for large businesses.
Will P.They were recommended through Facebook. We contacted them and they were very prompt and did an excellent job. We ended up getting them four more jobs on the Cedar Mountain for the same day they changed a filter on our water heater. We had already purchased the filter and o rings. We thought we would get a better price since we had gotten them four more jobs and purchased the materials. It ended up costing us $120. The quality of workmanship was great, just be prepared to spend more than you anticipate. We will still use them and recommend their company.

Janet G.Do NOT use them!!! over charged us for full hour and was only here 35 minutes. called set up an appointment never showed up, called again and they rescheduled for a later date(a week later) and 35 minute job cost me $252. I will never use them ever again. HORRIBLE service
