At Jackson Plumbing & Heating, every team member possesses a valid Utah license. With thousands of hours in the field, our Master and Journeyman Plumbers are highly experienced. These professionals have undergone four years of apprenticeship at an accredited technical institution. After their training, they took and passed demanding state-issued written and practical tests. Each year, our staff must complete continuing education classes. Jackson Plumbing holds the distinction of being the oldest plumbing service in Southern Utah.
Jackson Plumbing and Heating Inc. began in 1958 under the name Doug's Plumbing and Heating, established by Douglas Jackson. The name was changed to Jackson Plumbing and Heating Inc. when he teamed up with his son Terry, who manages the business today. We are proud to be one of the oldest plumbing services in Southern Utah, cherishing our deep-rooted history.
After his father, Terry assumed control of the plumbing business. He has been serving Cedar City and its surrounding areas for more than 40 years, establishing himself as a plumbing expert. Terry is well-versed in plumbing and boiler systems. Terry imparts his vast knowledge to his employees at every chance to ensure exceptional service.

Jennifer H.Prompt service, but very pricey. Two men showed up the first day and spent about an hour putting Teflon tape on a pipe to stop a leak because they didn't have the right part. Then couldn't fix a problem on my boiler because they weren't quite sure what was wrong. They charged me $200 to feel some pipes and apply Teflon tape.
A couple of days later Travis came and fixed the boiler problem with no trouble. Definitely impressed with him, not so much with his father. (Who was at my house the first time).
Kathy S.Unsure if they're out of business or not but I've been emailing and calling them for 3 months and no one will call me back. Or maybe residential work isn't good enough for them. I guess they only do work for large businesses.
Will P.They were recommended through Facebook. We contacted them and they were very prompt and did an excellent job. We ended up getting them four more jobs on the Cedar Mountain for the same day they changed a filter on our water heater. We had already purchased the filter and o rings. We thought we would get a better price since we had gotten them four more jobs and purchased the materials. It ended up costing us $120. The quality of workmanship was great, just be prepared to spend more than you anticipate. We will still use them and recommend their company.

They came over and they did a great job. They were super friendly and really great at keeping me informed on what they were doing.

Janet G.Do NOT use them!!! over charged us for full hour and was only here 35 minutes. called set up an appointment never showed up, called again and they rescheduled for a later date(a week later) and 35 minute job cost me $252. I will never use them ever again. HORRIBLE service
