They are a sham organization, their technicians (if you want to call them that) are really independent contractors so they can avoid the cost of workmans compensation insurance, they don't hold their own licenses, they have false advertising, they are not registered with the NYC-DOB and their work sucks! Oh, and they do not stand behind their work......other then that they're fine.
