I cannot say how grateful I am for Jack. He did a job at my store that two other major plumbing contractors couldn't get done right. There was a bad clog next to the main line and after 2 days of going at it Jack got it fixed. The other 2 companies said they fixed it but didn't. He also charged me less. Then when I had an issue with my garbage disposal at the house, he told me how to fix it myself instead of a 60 dollar service call. This guy is honest and dependable. To the people complaining about his music coming out of the van, you are sad. It's music. Lighten up and enjoy it. He was doing you a favor too. Thanks for everything, Jack. You have a loyal customer forever.

Finding a good plumber is like finding a good doctor and Jack really fits the bill. We have had a month of higher water bills with nobody figuring out how to fix our leak, let alone knowing where it was. Jack came by the same day (and didn't even require paying an estimate -- but I gave him a tip anyway). The problem was resolved the next day with a new copper line to my irrigation system -- at a very fair price. The guy is a real decent fellow -- explains everything -- I am just sorry I didn't know about him before over the years -- It would have saved a lot of headaches. Thanks to Yelp too for helping consumers like myself! P.S. Call out to his helpers, Arnie and Itamar -- good people!

Best plumber in Laguna!! Jack is the funniest / nicest guy I know and really made our family feel comfortable and safe...he also did a great job without any hassle or mistakes...Don't look any further if you want a trustworthy , reliable plumber call jack!

Jack has been my go-to plumber for years. Yes, he is very eccentric and likes to play his music but will turn it down/off if you ASK. He has around 40 years of experience and I think he could charge a LOT more than he does for his service. But he doesn't, because he's your big-hearted friendly neighborhood plumber who seems to really genuinely want to make your day. Everyone around town in Laguna knows him and his Jack's Plumbing van; he seems to have great relationships with his customers.

Jack works Monday through Saturday, and gives himself Sunday's off. He usually sends someone else if you need service on Sunday. If it's a total emergency though, he gets right out there since his expertise is needed. He gets the job done quick, and pays special attention to making sure he leaves things the way he left them or in a better state. I've had other companies come snake my shower real quick and leave residue and gunk all around the drain. How hard is it to clean that? But Jack comes with cleaning supplies in hand and leaves things real nice

I think Ryan's review was lame. He was probably cleaning out his van and emptied his water bottles into the shrubs. What do you think he was possibly doing to ""damage their plants""? Maybe you can go over there and ask him to turn down his music next time, I'm sure he'd understand.

Well, I didn't use Jack's for any service.
My neighbors however recently had them over.
The technician was in their driveway blasting music LOUDLY for over an hour. I live a couple houses away and could hear it. Very unprofessional.
He was also emptying items from the van into the neighbors shrubs. He wasn't there to do landscaping so not sure why he was damaging their plants.
Based on my outsider view, I wouldn't use this plumber.
