Beau was referred to me by my business partner. I had a leak from the main going into my house. Beau came it was fixed in no time. WOO HOO water.. then another part sprung a leak ( not Beaus work). Called back and he was able to come with another person as I sent him photos of the dam breaking at my house!!! ( well it was not quite that bad.. but worrisome) Beau came with Daniel and the two of them repaired the problem ( which was more complicated than originally thought) in very little time. He is friendly, wonderful to work with and dedicated to all things plumbing and is calm when you are worried. He brought his two charming poodles Coco and Gracie with him, always a plus for a dog lover like me. A driver of one of these vans started passing people on the shoulder on highway 121. Acting erratic and all over the road..... I then saw the van pass someone on a double yellow. I wouldn't want someone who acts like this on the road to be doing business at my house.

First, Beau was willing to come out on a specific day in our narrow window between guests. Then he was willing to stop by earlier in case he needed to order a part for the fix. When he did come, on time as promised, it turned out that there was very little to do and it didn't take him more than 10 minutes, so he didn't charge us. When have you ever heard of that? Of course, we'll use him again whenever we have need of a plumber.

Beau came out to my house to diagnose and fix a problem I was having with my water heater. Sears had been out no less than 7 times, the first being a month after the water heater was installed, to fix a problem with it overflowing. Finally I decided to use Beau Jacks, who had plumed a gas line for me late last year. He did not charge me fork looking at the water heater and telling me what to tell Sears' repairmen. They wouldn't listen and so I hired Beau to fix it. He installed an expansion tank and voila! No more leaking! I recommend Jacks Plumbing to anyone who will listen!
