I spoke with Jack on the phone, he wanted $400.00 to fix my toilet that need a 20.00 part.
He said it would be for parts and labor. I ended up fixing it myself, it only required an adjustment that took me 10 minutes!
I should have known better to call a plumber!

Like they say, "" if you want something done,
fix it yourself "". So I did.

Jack answered when I called, promised to come by same day, actually came as promised, did the job with no issue, then charged me what I thought was a very reasonable price. So hard to find good people in the trades these days, but Jack is the best and is saved in my phone for any future plumbing needs. Just fantastic.

Had a leak in my guest bathroom. Called this number and Jack answered and came out immediately. Very professional and friendly. Also gave me some tips and advice on a few do's and don'ts. Needed a plumber on a Saturday tried several got answer machines left messages. Only Jack Ward called me back. Said he couldn't get here until late in day but hey when you need a plumber you need a plumber. Had broken shutoff valve leaking. Living in a condo that required a water shutdown of 7 other families to fix I needed it repaired. Jack Ward showed as he said he would and waited patiently for building water to drain, Effected repairs and went extra mile of working on faulty faucet. More than reasonable price for a Saturday and a far better experience than our local BIG operation plumber theft company that wanted set money just to come to door. I am happy to say that once again I have a plumbers number. A decent plumber , hell decent anything now a days, hard to come by.
